I suffered a traumatic brain injury in 2021 which affected my left side of the body.. Be patient with yourself and listen to your body.. I know the road to recovery can get frustrating at times (when there's little improvement) but try to push yourself. I'm already proud of you❤️

Just one step at the time. More kinesytherapy on the right hand & leg to unstiffen the muscles, & light weight lifting you should be back on your feet. Eat more vegetables such as broccoli for brain nourishment, 3×30mn walk per day your whole body should fully respond.

Step 3 & 4 were killed! Look at the pace. Means the confidence and flow was already starting to ball after the 2nd step. Go get them wena Siki.
