People are saying Opus 5.5 might have been nerfed. So I reran the exact same Mario and Mickey Mouse tests with September 30th Opus 5.5 vs. October 3rd Opus 5.5. Same prompts, just three days apart. What do you think? Is Opus 5.5 nerfed?

The After Effects era is ending, and Opus 5.5 is the reason this is unreal… Drop the PDF below into Opus 5.5, you’ll thank me later. Then save the article, it’s the only Opus 5.5 motion design playbook you’ll need.

Opus 5.5 did this in one try, not After Effects I’m still shocked… Send the PDF below to Opus 5.5 and copy what I did. Then read the guide below, it’s the shortcut I wish I had.

Holy shit this is incredible for in-app mocks of UI changes. Opus 5.5 just made real mocks for 5 different treatments and rendered them in-thread 🤯

I had early access to Sonnet 5.5, and initially, I couldn’t tell it apart from Opus 5.5. It’s significantly cheaper than Opus, which already offers an absurd amount of usage for a low price. The substantial increase in intelligence, speed, and affordability of Anthropic 5.5 models is perhaps the most significant leap we’ve witnessed in AI.
