I built a content engine that runs on telegram. Two commands... /discover: sends out to 9 sources across HackerNews, Reddit communities covering AI automation, prompt engineering, vibe coding, and specialist newsletters. Pulls everything published in the last 24 hours, runs each item through an AI extraction layer that scores... it against 100+ niche keywords, deduplicates, and drops the relevant ideas into a Notion database. Takes about 90 seconds. Costs fractions of a cent. /ideas: this command pulls the top scored ideas from that database, randomizes the selection so you're not seeing the same ones every time, and sends them to you in a clean numbered list. You reply with /write 3 or whatever you choose, and the system researches the topic using Perplexity's live web search, generates three distinct outline options with different angles and hooks, saves them to a Google Doc, and sends you a message telling you they're ready. You read the outlines, and you pick one. You then reply with the command /outline 2. The system writes the full piece in your voice, following your brand guidelines, with specific examples and concrete claims. It can be done in under two minutes of your time. When is the right time for you? - Based on your load style - Based on how long your load takes - Based on the pitcher’s velo, windup, or slide step —— If that’s you, try a “loaded at release” type load. Bobby Witt. Judge. Get your hip and elbow loaded early. Then stride with it ready to fire. “The pitcher is up there for 20 seconds telling you to get ready. Shame on you if you’re not ready to swing.” ____ If I have you in the cage, what I’ll do is have you get into a no stride position, get ready to swing and I stand there for 1-4 seconds… Holding my hand out over the plate ready to snap my fingers. When I snap, you swing. Do that 4-5x. You get the quickness, readiness feeling. Then we go back to stride with moving ball and you’re trying to time up that same GO move with the ball With your foot up in the air and the GO will make the foot go down. Not foot down then swing. A lot of hitters confuse being late with letting the ball get deep. They’re not the same thing. In this video I show it with a simple example. I toss the ball and reach way out in front of me to catch it. That’s what late looks like. The ball already beat you… now you’re chasing it with your hands. Then I toss another one and catch it slightly behind me. That’s being on time and letting the ball get deep. When you’re late, your body and barrel are reacting after the ball passes your window. You’re forced to reach, cut across it, or roll it over. When you’re on time, you can let the ball travel and still control it. Now the barrel can stay through the zone longer, and you can drive it with authority. Deep ≠ late. Good hitters aren’t reaching for the ball… they’re on time enough to let it come to them. ⚾️ Train with an expert. Not an influencer.

This local from Corpus Christi beach tells everyone to please not feed the seagulls. She says that’s a message from all the locals there. However, a great many of the locals chimed in and said go ahead and feed them. Live your best life, and that many of them take their own kind of food to feed the seagulls. One person said, be that person! Experience ljoy and happiness, feed the birds. ❤️ We used to go to West Beach in Galveston where you can drive on the beach. We would load up some crumbs and sit on the back of the tailgate and drive and feed the seagulls with them following us. The kids always loved it. Life is short. Gemini Omni's motion control is f*cking cracked i just figured out how to turn 1 reference video into 50+ AI videos with the exact same movements... you have a video of someone eating, dancing, using a product, doing whatever complex motion you need. you feed it to Gemini Omni and it recreates that exact motion with a completely new AI character in literally one prompt i've tested this against Kling motion control and it's not even close. Kling falls apart the moment you try anything complex. eating scenes look weird, hand movements get mangled, anything multi-step breaks down completely.
