@levelsio I found it best to not use frameworks like next js on cloudflare. Straight html, js works great. Tailwindcss does work better than no css framework.

@levelsio Just watch when you start scaling up. I optimized our esp and started getting throttled by Yahoo and Microsoft. Had to add custom rate limiting in order to scale up the send at different rates. We do 200k to 450k campaigns right now.

@levelsio Now everyone can build. Building a SaaS today is becoming a commodity more tgan something unique. The profit margins are shrinking mire and more. Were good days when margins were 70-90%

✨ Also made a new [ ✂️ Crop ] feature in Photo AI because before users would use the embedded Photopea editor for that I thought this would be very hard to do myself And again I asked Claude Code, and it one shotted it, then I tweaked it a bit and asked it to add iOS-style zoom crop, where if you zoom (on laptop just scrolling the mouse or trackpad) it would not scale the crop selection, but zoom the entire pic while the crop selection stayed the same Miraculously it just worked, again I would not be able to make this myself, it'd take me ages, probably a week of suffering, this took me 30 minutes and was a blast So in this case I'm something like 150x more efficient!

✨ A dream I had finally came true: I can now chat directly with my sites to build any feature or fix any bug just via Telegram I've been playing with OpenClaw for 3 weeks now and it's great but I was always too scared to run it on any production server And I was right a bit as Marc Köhlbrugge was able to hack it by social engineering and acting as if it was me, and with enough tries it believed him, and was able to modify the server, change SSH keys etc. of course I had it isolated properly on its own VPS and it didn't touch anything sensitive (as it should!) Marc then reported that bug to Peter Steinberger 🦞 who patched it fast But I wanted to try something more basic and simple, and I think maybe more secure: to just connect Claude Code on my server to Telegram which would be hard locked to only messages from me So I installed claude-code-telegram by Richard Atkinson on the server and run it as a system daemon and it works really well The cool thing is that I was already using Telegram for server errors like this: > Photo AI - ❌ Random credits giveaway failed (Attempt 30/30) with an exception: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 5 database is locked So now I can just reply, "Ok fix this", and Claude Code on the server in production will try (and probably succeed) in fixing it In the video below I asked it to make show [🌳 Parks ] on the map by default on load, it did that, then I reloaded the page and it instantly worked One thing it still needs is sending actual messages while it's doing stuff which OpenClaw does really well, it's annoying to just wait while it says "Working..." but that's probably next

📀 One shotted an actual working cockpit heads up display (HUD) I use Claude 3.7 Sonnet Max now in Cursor, it works a lot better and seems way higher IQ Still messes up if I let it read the whole file though but I just CMD+K through it I think now that I have a HUD I need to start fixing the actual cockpit view, because it's less than optimal the plane still blocks the view, I'll try make it more realistic next It helps a lot in dogfights to understand which angle you're at!
