this is actually crazy, claude building a playable game inside unreal saved this one for later

fact bro, that's crazy

A greybox is the game equivalent of a wireframe: lock the path and rules first, then spend time on visuals once the loop works.

yeah

thanks for sharing mate!

🤝🏻🙌🏻

building games this level in AI is crazy

Looks banger rewind can i try it?

ai is getting so good at making games its crazy

first a grey level then the rules then the beauty

one feature per prompt inside the live editor seems like the smart way to keep it from wrecking the level. did the unreal mcp ever lose track of actor references once the enemy and health stuff went in?

You had me until you mentioned tell Claude

How you set animations? From Fab?

wth did it do all the assets and animations and all that

I am making one with leftover credits, I added blender and Midjourney and image gen2.5 so it can generate it’s own references and cross check

Claude turning game development into pure creative flow

How much does it cost you to make this??

How did you do animations

this looks amazing

Those four guardrails at the end are the gold. Making it stop and admit what it couldn't pull off beats discovering a hidden hack three features later.

setting up that live connection seems like a huge time saver for game devs

Great

Most people prompt a game. You prompted a build order. Greybox, rules, one enemy, then looks. That is the difference between a demo and a level you can still open next week.

i kinda like the fantasy type
