I'm imaging the first time viewer experience if the vtuber they're watching pauses the game and is like "I gotta go get a drink" only for their model to stand up, leave the room, and get into a friggin random enemy encounter.

It's almost TOO creative. Like a bunch of this stuff needs to become a stand-alone game. Make it a lore piece or something. This sort of low poly pseudo-horror vibe is unique in the best way.
