The Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool appeared to turn green after algae spread more than a week after $14.2M renovations were completed. An Interior Department spokesperson said the residual algae is part of the "normal startup process" and they are removing it. "Nanobubblers will maintain the pool and keep it algae free," the spokesperson added.

I just don’t understand how the runner is not out? You can see he’s out TWICE!! 1st - there is space between the shoe and bag on initial tag 2nd - the glove is STILL on his shoe when it comes OFF the bag and clearly out. How is that now seen on the review?!?
