We launched our Company Brain!! 🧠 onboarding is a context problem: your first weeks you're not working, you're reconstructing what the team already knows. company brain is that context, queryable and able to act. shared memory for your team, in slack: → answers from the company's own knowledge, grounded and cited → acts in your tools as you, files the ticket and assigns it, with your approval → runs on a permissions graph, so it only reads with your access → chimes in only when it can help → same brain and permissions follow you into cursor and claude code when i joined supermemory, i braced for the onboarding tax. it never came. i just asked the company brain

Shipped the next version of ✨ 1. You can finally sign up and create projects. 2. Projects are to group prompts you want to monitor for your brand or product visibility across LLMs. 3. You can upgrade to get access to more prompts and models. I know it is not perfect. I know there will be a lot of issues. And it lacks a lot of features. Working on it! we just killed product onboardings. i did more than 200 collison installations over the summer, going around houses and onboarding people to my product. Sorry to break it to you, but if you think AI can automate all your marketing, you’re probably going to be disappointed. Yes, AI can write your posts. It can create images. It can analyze data. It can even help you build campaigns faster. But faster does not always mean better. AI still needs someone to tell it what matters. It needs someone to understand the customer, choose the right message, and decide what is actually worth creating. Because your goal is not to produce more content. Your goal is to become more visible. You need to know where people are discovering your brand. Are you showing up on Google? Are you being mentioned by ChatGPT and other AI platforms? Are your competitors showing up more often than you? That is where AI becomes useful. Not when it replaces your marketing, but when it helps you see what you could not see before. With you can track your share of visibility across search and AI platforms. You can see where your brand appears, where your competitors are winning, and which topics could help you get mentioned more often. So do not use AI to put your marketing on autopilot. Use it to make better decisions, move faster, and become harder to ignore.

Postiz reached $154k MRR! I can't say it was easy. One of the things that made that happen was the distribution (marketing) and positioning. I shared most of the marketing tactics I have used, and I think they can give you some ideas for your startup. I mostly talk tactically, which means I don't say "post five times per day" without telling you what to post, so I think it can enrich your knowledge. I share my steps from: $0 -> $3k MRR $3k -> $12k MRR $12k -> $21k MRR $21k MRR -> $154k MRR
