⏰ I normally feed the dogs at 6.30am but couldn’t get out of bed until 9.30 today because of depression. 🙏 I could easily have got someone to cover and do it for me but wanted to force myself up. It was tough. 🐶 Anxiety too bad to deal with people today but the dogs and their happy tails helped immeasurably 🌴 Fresh air and doing something helps but as people with depression and anxiety know even a simple thing can seem monumentally hard. Feeding the dogs is the highlight of my day and I still struggled to get out and do it. Thinking of people who have to go to work, face hard social situations and can’t afford to not be in hard situations with their own anxiety / depression. 💤 I probably won’t get much more then this done today as I feel very rough but the dogs are fed and I feel like I achieved something even if I was moving like in quicksand

Jensen is asked how he maintained conviction during the times when it looked like the company would fail, to which he responds: “You have to reason all the way back to whatever first principles you can hang on to — as far back as you can. Now once you do that, and you’ve come to the conclusion that all of the information that you have causes you to believe what you believe, you have to decide: Am I going to be somebody who does something about it? Or do I just become one of those people who says something like, ‘Oh yeah, I knew that” but you did nothing about it?” He continues: “I tend to be somebody who would reason about these things and believe it so deeply that I could see it in my head. And once I could see it in my head, as far as I’m concerned, it might as well be real. Everything else is just details.” Jensen offers founders the following advice: “Manifest your belief as deeply as you can, and then after that, you’re hard to dissuade.” But he makes an important caveat: “Every single day, I gut-check all of the assumptions that I made and used to reason about the strategy. I’m constantly reevaluating if the assumptions or principles that I used were flawed. I’m constantly learning through failure, and I’m quick to adapt. White consciousness is coming back — people are starting to wake up. “We’ve devolved to such a ridiculous place as a society that I have to be okay with the statistical likelihood of being violently r*ped or m*rdered by a Pakistani migrant who’s come to this country illegally.. But at the same time, I have to be absolutely outraged and living in fear and terror about a group of men who are just proud of being white, enjoy spending time with other white people, and would like to see their group succeed.”

I just had to post one more video, of all of you wonderful people who have entered my world. I am so grateful to see that there is truly something that is connecting us, even though many of you i have not even met🌞 It makes me hopeful. Especially when i know many of us will continue to be good warriors for the world and the people out there who need us right now. Just like one day, we might need them. I love you all. And i am glad to be surrounded by so many people who dares to think for themselves. It’s overwhelming to be so informed, and in touch but still out of touch with the world. BUT i know when people get arrested for simply doing what they have to right to do as people - freedom of speech Then it’s the time to keep speaking. Shout even.
