They know how they view and treat us. Acknowledging covid is still happening and is a disability. Means they to acknowledge they could be disabled. Which they won't do because that would mean viewing themselves like they view us.

What do we do now? Well, if you're still alive, a lot. There's a lot that can be done when you're still kicking on planet earth.

I still wear my mask everywhere I do and will happily do so indefinitely for this very reason 🙏💯

@DrVivianS In the past week I’ve sat in waiting rooms of a doctor, a dentist and a medical arts building and each time I was the only client wearing a mask. I’m not boasting- I’m expressing my never ending disbelief that people won’t do something so simple AND proven to be effective.

Folks need to realize that the disability is not a bug it's a feature.

Love the rant! It’s been mind boggling to me to have disabilities and inclusion advocates be all like "oh no, we’re doing this event in person, it’s so much more fun!" and "no need for masks anymore, isn’t it great?!" Just… ARGH. Thank you!!!!!

I work with developmentally disabled adults and I'm constantly shocked at the amount of STAFF who don't take masking seriously as if our CLIENTS aren't high risk. The level of apathy is too fuckin high
