I cannot do customer service again because they are THAT stupid 😭😭😭

We had a man once come up to our locked door and yank it open so hard the locks broke and the door opened and then he walked in and just stood there. Someone came over and was like “sir we are not open” and his reply was “then why was the door unlocked?” 😐😐

People coming up to a closed gate or locked door with the hours of operation staring them dead in the face but still asking if we’re open. I be just stare.

I've had people see it on the door & yank it multiple times like... how much stupidity can one human harbor??

Working with the public made me realize that the vast majority of people are genuinely stupid. I thought my school was crazy to say I should treat adults like they have a 4th grade education. Most of these mfrs feel like kindergarten education.
