Eventually, he made it to the building’s garden, where he saw “the parking lot of the whole building just moving from side to side and everything was shaking.” Frangie Mawad describes experiencing the country’s two deadly earthquakes and the “really eerie” aftermath of collapsed buildings and hundreds of people looking for their loved ones.
