Hilarious video! 😅 I kind of understand what you mean by radical practicality but can you distill it down a bit more maybe by an example or two? Do you mean remain brutally authentic and document/ (over) share what you are or do?

Business is a randomness-laden world. One way to tame some that uncertainty is to do very small things with a tight feedback loop, take what works and throw away the rest. Gary's example is to post 47 videos about breathing techniques rather than "building the business" and "hiring employees". The easiest way to lose everything is to pick a wrong direction and persevere.
