When I do see these, I often want to launch a Kickstarter program to integrate Arduino ScienceJournal on an Android software, with LCARS interface, to build a genuine handheld tricorder instrument. Good, or bad idea ? There are a few projects like this already.

i have never been quite so attracted to a gadget and that is saying something. this is *fabulous*
