I just posted about this the other day. I said do NOT buy a house made in the last 10 years for sure but I'd go back as far as 20. Trust. Me. I fixed mistakes all day, every day. You wouldn't believe the sh*t that passes. But this is an accurate depiction. Probably a million dollar home too.
