This is a style of dance called west coast swing. There are dozens - maybe hundreds - of competitions in large cities every year. Most large cities have a club where you can dance like this on a weekly basis, complete with lessons. Incredibly friendly people.
That's how I think that I dance when I have been drinking all day. Then they usually kick me out of the music store. 😆
