Pure insanity. I can see founders and brands spinning up games on the fly to ride trends and drive growth. 2. Intelligent apps are becoming the default We built apps where reasoning, memory, and multi-step planning were baked in from the start. Once you’re building apps with ACTUAL intelligence baked in, there’s a whole wave of new opportunities that weren’t possible before. 3. Gemini acts like a creative partner You describe the idea, Gemini fills in the gaps, challenges decisions, proposes alternatives, and iterates in real time. 4. Vibe coding hits a new level Gemini 3 can generate assets, code, game logic, UI, and narrative in one flow. Tools like Claude and Cursor feel fast. Put some hard time on the ground with Revolving Games upcoming soon-to-be announced 4X space game they spent $18M building out over the last three years. It’s kind of like Civilization in space, tuned for web3. 4x + Web3 = is a match made in heaven. From what I’ve been playing here with some hours lost with this is that this game is the real deal. Still in development but with lots of potential here. RG may not be shilling their shit on the timeline but they be building good games at max throttle behind the scenes. Adding the full web3 integration to this game is going to help kick web3 gaming into a new gear. I can see the instant appeal of this game, especially with web3 assets at stake. Also tested out their web3 game Hatchlings already and putting in some work tonight with the dev build of Skyborne Flight of the Phoenix casual game. I own > 10 percent of the Nexus Gems NFTs and there is a reason I haven’t sold any even though I’m in significant profit. Finally seeing what they have been building makes me feel all warm and cozy that I held my position. These guys are building kickass games as I see it and I want to be here in on the ground floor of what’s happening. RG is one of the web3 studios in a good position to ride the upcoming web3 gaming wave, if we get one

Indiedev day 79: retro wireframe renderer with trackball functionality! As someone noted, my retro UI was missing rotating wireframes, I added one! In the drone loaout screen you can now see a very low poly version of the drone in proper retro fashion! I created a cross platform wireframe renderer and trackball funcionality to interact with the mesh. For fun I also made a world space position floor function for the mesh vertexes so that the mesh jitters a bit when it rotates, mimicking the unstable 3D geometry from games in the 80s and before. The UI is still completely unfinished, but I decided to post the cool wireframe feature as I just finished it today. #indiegame #buildinpublic
