I can't stress this enough. I am currently looking to purchase another highly profitable business. But I need to liquidate some #BTC to do it. But after watching this exchange between Michael Saylor and Lawrence Lepard, "fix the money, fix the world" I can't bring myself to do it....

Truly appreciate all the advice. Many people told me to just go for it and buy the business because it can bring more cash flow and I can buy back more bitcoin. Others however, have warned me not to sell and have given many examples bitcoin where they sold & regretted it. Many are saying #BTC could possibly explode in the next 12 months and just wait to buy then with much less bitcoin. I have decided to wait. I risk losing the opportunity. But it sells, there will always be other opportunities. Right now I’m stacking with every cent I have. Many have also told me to just finance everything. But, The SBA doesn’t work that way. They will do 80%, seller will finance 10% and I have to bring 10% (un-borrowed) funds, my own “skin in the game”. I have it in Bitcoin but I will not sell now. Perhaps I can slowly build the 10% equity & buy later. Chances are if the business doesn’t sell in the next 10-20 months, sellers will get more desperate and I’ll have more than enough by then. But if I lose the opportunity, so be it. I don’t ever want to have regrets of selling something and looking back 10 years on a missed 500x opportunity like @LawrenceLepard I have decided to #hodl on folks! Thanks

@saylor @LawrenceLepard I sold bitcoin in 2018 to buy a house and some land. It was a huge mistake. I cannot stress this enough, don’t do it.

@saylor @LawrenceLepard BTC will be your business...Just holding will gain you more net worth and way less head aches. Liquidated my short term rental portfolio in '22. Went all in on BTC I am up massively and didn't lift a finger.

@saylor @LawrenceLepard Use cash flows or SBA loan. Zero reason to sell #Bitcoin at this phase unless absolutely necessary.

@saylor @LawrenceLepard Yes I’m looking to do a 80% SBA loan. Seller financing 10% and I bring 10% my own funds. The problem or opportunity however I look at it is that it is a pretty sizable business, and the 10% is a lot of money, or I should say big portion of BTC

@efenigson @saylor @LawrenceLepard Buy it with debt. I’m against loans but after I know #Bitcoin I would rather spend my fiat on sats and loan fiat for business ventures. Business needs to prove itself, so that loan will be repaid not like other ones 😉

@saylor @LawrenceLepard It will be very difficult to outperform Bitcoin with any other investment

100%. Every real estate investor will sooner or later do the same math. Do I want a real estate investment property with "cash flows" but tons of overhead and risks and uncertainties. Or do I want to sit back and invest into the best performing asset on earth that is better than gold. My answer. Wait at least until #Bitcoin flips gold because the odds of that happening in 10 years are enormous. Might even happen much sooner since we are near the end of a global sovereign debt bubble. Now add bonds... selling now seems insane. HODL

@PrestonPysh @saylor @LawrenceLepard Given: 1. There will be millions more business, a steady supply. 2. There will be fewer Bitcoin every 4 years. Selling Bitcoin now is betting that its future worth will be less than what you are buying. Don't bet against Bitcoin.
