I captured the precise moment the Liberal House Speaker realized that he accidentally invited a literal World War II Nazi veteran to the Canadian Parliament as his honoured guest.

Rota was set up, in that speech he mentions PM Winston Churchill visiting Canadian Parliament, then he pauses, stumbles a bit. Going out on a limb here, but Rota was duped. My gut feeling, it wasn’t him who put out the invitation.

Apparently he knows his history well enough that he quickly made the connection... none of the other Liberals did. And given that this seems like it's new information to him it's hardly likely that he was the one responsible for inviting the guy.

Accidentally? How was this an accident? Who fought the Russians in Ukraine in World War II? The Nazis and Nazi collaborators (Banderites) did. How could this veteran of World War II who fought the Russians in Ukraine not be a Nazi?

Well Rota sure immediately understood at that moment that if Hunka was fighting the Russians, it meant he was fighting for Hitler. But he kept going. I still do not believe it was Rota alone who knew this. No way at least Freeland did not. An apology is not going to cut it for Canadians. Resignations (plural) are in order. Even if it's just for being so colossally stupid & insensitive.

"Accidently" my ass. They all knew who this guy was. Five seconds on Wikipedia and there he is.

Is this unaltered video? He looks shocked, did he get sandbagged?

I slowed down the eyebrow raise moment ever so slightly.

🤣🤣🤣 this is amazing!!!
