I met in Vilnius with President of Lithuania Gitanas Nausėda. I informed him about the second round of negotiations that took place today in Istanbul. As long as there are no meaningful signals from Russia about ending the war, it is crucial to strengthen our defense and especially to invest in Ukrainian production. This is the foundation for peace talks. Thank you, Gitanas, and the Lithuanian people, for sharing this view. We also discussed sanctions pressure, our European integration, and reconstruction. We coordinated our diplomatic efforts. Thank you for the invitation to the summit and for all the support provided.

At Nalanda Ruins you will be sad 😔 and angry 😡 At its peak Nalanda Peeth had 10000 students and 2000 teachers / monks from multiple countries. It was the first residential university of the world, first university which had an entrance test to get into, there were country specific centers to preparing the students to get into Nalanda. It was known for its teachings and research on language, philosophy, medical science, economics, political science among other subjects. Muhammad Bakhtiyar Khalji burnt close to 90 Lakhs Manuscripts and killed the students and teachers. You can still see some of the burnt walls.

In a new study from MIT and the University of Queensland, 272 international experts were asked to judge the biggest risks from AI between now and 2030. They concluded that 18 of the 24 risks they looked at each carry at least a 1 in 10 chance of a catastrophic outcome, which they defined as something that kills more than a million people or wipes out more than 100 billion dollars. The risks they worried about most were not science fiction robots. They were AI being used to build weapons, launch large scale cyberattacks, and concentrate power and money in very few hands. None of this is a prediction that it will happen. It is a measure of how seriously the field's own experts take the danger. And the numbers are not small.

Back where it all started 🧡 16 years ago as a freshman at FLORIDA, I walked into the @ESPNGainesville studios and asked if there were any jobs on the radio. Steve Russell (in the first pic) was kind enough to give me a shot. Today I got to sit next to him again to do what we did so many times while I was in college: talk ball. Years full of hard work, failure, a little success, smiles, tears and lots of lessons learned have gone by but one thing remains the same: I’m extremely grateful for the people who formed the foundation of my career and the place (FLORIDAJSchool) where it happened. What a joy it was to spend time with the future of our business today. You are all stars and I’m proud to call you fellow gators. Your eagerness, dedication and curiosity is a reminder of how lucky we are to talk about sports for a living. It was an honor to spend some time on the campus that built me.
