Never owned a Mac? Not even mention those high end Mac with Pro/Max/Ultra chips, even my 4 years old M1 iMac can do this

I have a window laptop with decent specs but if i open the 10-15 tab on chrome and use a few MS office apps at the same time it will slow down significantly.

Linux does that too (using KDE Plasma):
