1. WHAT THIS INDICATOR DOES: - It detects SMT divergences between highly correlated markets. - Compare with up to 2 markets at once. - Choose the type of correlation ( Direct/Inverse) - Filter by strength of the level being taken. - Every setting has an info note so it's easy to understand. I use SMT divergences as a confirmation tool for a potential shift in sentiment when it presents in line with my analysis. Never as an entry signal.

2. MY DEFAULT SETTINGS: While the indicator looks cool with lost of detections, in practice you want to declutter your chart and focus on the relevant ones. I keep max 5 SMTs on each side, remove invalidated SMTs and SMTs inside more relevant ones. Not all models and markets are the same, so the settings allow for some flexibility.
