I completely agree with Ayodele Lawal Adio that housing should be a right and not a luxury for only the wealthy. This is what politics should look like, running on ideas that matter and not those ones that are hiring thugs to scatter venues where opposition are gathering.

It’s not right that those who work hard are paying for a welfare system that is being abused by those who should be working but are choosing not to. Only those in genuine need should get benefits. We need to get the welfare budget under control.

There are things that help a cause, and things that are completely unnecessary. Garvaghy is not a west Belfast Féile and nor should its decent residents allow themselves to be used like this.

Joe Rogan: "Joining a political party or being in a political party like ideologically in your head is not good for you. There are a lot of things that people who are on the right that I agree with and there's a lot of things that people on the left believe and I agree with. I refuse to be a part of this left versus right thing."

#Cannes jury president Park Chan-wook says "I don’t think politics and art should be divided." " I think it’s a strange concept to think that they’re in conflict with each other. Just because a work of art has a political statement, it should not be considered an enemy of art. At the same time, just because a film is not making a political statement, that film should not be ignored. Even if we are to make a brilliant political statement, if it’s not expressed artfully enough, it would just be propaganda. So what I want to say is that art and politics are not concepts that are in conflict with each other, as long as they are artistically expressed, they are valuable."

A mail carrier was brutally attacked by a pit bull, and this is not something that should be taken lightly. A dog that attacks someone like this needs to be dealt with, and the owner should be held fully responsible for what happened.

Zohran on CBS: " I think what we can see is that a democratic socialist politics is one that should be judged on its delivery, like any ideology ... I think that this is a politics that can flourish anywhere because, frankly, there is only one majority in this country — that's the working class and it's time we have a politics that puts them at the heart of what it is that we're pursuing and not as part of the appendix."

I don’t care if you agree with Maxime Bernier or not. He should be allowed in the debates. Canada should be able to hear his ideas and about the #PPC platform. Why is there Censorship like this in a country that supposedly has free speech?

Frost: Do you think most Iowans would agree with President Trump that FEMA should suddenly stop existing ? Reynolds: I don't think he's eliminating, and I think that what I had understood was he was thinking that maybe it should go back to the states Frost: The president was very clear on this. He believes that the agency, FEMA should be completely eliminated. Do you agree with that or do you not agree with that? I mean, it's OK to disagree sometimes with, you know, Reynolds: Well, I'm not afraid to disagree.

VIDEO | Mumbai: Speaking to PTI regarding the Delhi car blast incident near Red Fort, Congress leader Hussain Dalwai says, “As for those arrested, whether they are guilty or not is a separate matter. It is not right that they are repeatedly arrested just because they are Muslim, especially educated people, ruining their lives. This Hindu-Muslim divide and the stirring up of Muslims is completely wrong. I am not saying that if a Muslim does something wrong, action should not be taken against him, that is not my stance. But if they are being arrested simply for being Muslim, that is wrong.” #Redfort (Full video available on PTI Videos -

ABC News’ Jonathan Karl on Democratic Socialist Darializa Avila Chevalier: “How does abolishing prisons or having open borders fit into [America]?… Those are ideas that a lot of your Democrats that are warning about what happened here say are toxic; most of America won't go along with that. They’re bad ideas. They’re dangerous ideas.” New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani: “I think what the focus of [Darializa Avila Chevalier] race was, what the focus of her candidacy was, was about the struggle that working people are facing.” “And I think that we can have disagreements on policy positions. What we have to agree on is what are we fighting for, and who are we fighting for? She showed that in her race, and I think that many people will come to appreciate that in her leadership to come.” Jonathan Karl: “So we can disagree on something as basic as whether or not there should be prisons? That's not your position?” Zohran Mamdani: “There are prisons.”

When Rep. Nancy Mace and I both agree that we should have single-subject spending bills and a budget to be passed, that’s not a “hard right” movement. That’s real governing. Real governing is not when they delay everything, back us up against shutdown politics, and then get us to vote for a continuing resolution where the lobbyists are in charge of what’s in it.
