I completely forgot about this car

I had a 93 (the smoother body) and dropped in a J-Spec motor for racing. It was a light, fun car and that v6 sounded great.

My dad bought one new in 1992 I think. You remember the GT’s? They had to stop making them because of the torque steering was so bad that it was throwing people in ditches. The turbo would kick in and being front wheel drive it would yank the wheel out of their hand and go off the road. They were amazing for stereos. We had a guy that put 1 or 2 18’s in the back and it was so loud (I was in 8th grade) and when he drove by the middle school it would shake the front windows on the school. To the point the school begged him to stop because they worried it would break the glass. I remember them cars fondly.

The fastest I've ever been in a stock car was in one of these. 137mph with 5 people in the car. We were pretty stupid kids lol. It was a Probe GT manual transmission, it ran like a champ too!

The Probe was supposed to be the new Mustang version, but Ford eventually decided that a front wheel drive Mustang wouldn't sell well, so they named it the Probe.

I was such a fan of Lindsay Wagner, still am I guess.
