Richard Heart made these same arguments 5 years ago. He faces the SEC in court on October 31st, you might be interested to watch what happens. He has 3 law firms and 11 of Americas top lawyers representing him.

Unless the Yankee ticket provided ownership % of The Yankees, or the web series nft provides ownership in the web series, then there is no common enterprise, merely access. Why is that hard to say. Why does an expert need to be so careful when he speaks?
