Was around 2000 when mass immigration really started accelerating..🤓🤑 And u acknowledge that by stealth in saying "we need to build rail", meaning we need tons of housing far out of the city to support all these new people. But if these people were actually contributing organically to the economy then those houses would build themselves. Instead they just push up the cost of living for everyone else.
