In Scotland we already have 'protocols' with which the NHS decides whether our lives are 'worth living'. It's actually rationing.

GMPTE, The public transport authority in Gr Manchester are aiming for zero casualties on Manchester roads by 2040. How are they going to achieve this without getting rid of motor vehicles? There's no other way. Net zero and CC is a Trojan horse on the way to the puritans utopia. You will own nothing and be happy.
