the external defensive frame unmodified from the default UI: This is the maximum size it allows(I used to display them like 2-3x as big) It's giving a mouseover tooltip that you cannot disable. You can't make it clickthrough. It's a doing a weird flash that you can't disable.

this might actually be the new ugc method i've seen 100s of ai ugc ads lately where it's the same creator in every single one. same voice, same face, same brand colors, never drifts once what they're actually doing is running notch agents with memory they load the brand context one time. cloned voice, reference photo, brand color codes, do-not-say words, taste or they just teach it inline as they chat, and every correction becomes a saved rule then before it generates a single frame, the agent reads every relevant memory first. hard rules, reference assets, language constraints, taste preferences, all of it and it's workspace-wide, so every new ad already knows the brand before you type a word each chat isn't a re-introduction anymore. it's training your brand isn't a prompt. it's permanent context run 30-50 of those a month at a real offer and the volume does the rest punchier cut: the new method nobody's clocked yet run notch agents with memory on load the brand once. cloned voice, reference photo, color codes, do-not-say words, taste. or teach it inline and every correction saves as a rule it reads every relevant memory before it generates a single frame, workspace-wide each chat isn't a re-introduction. it's training. your brand isn't a prompt, it's permanent context run it at a real rate and the volume prints.

I asked Leslie Iwerks about her favorite scene in 'Disneyland Handcrafted,' and she pointed to a moment showing workers pulling the Mark Twain that captures both the difficulty of building Disneyland and Walt's determination to make it happen. "My favorite scene is the guys pulling the Mark Twain. Who knows exactly what the issue was, but they were all trying to pull it, and it's a little symbolic scene of just how hard it was and how hard they worked and their teamwork. Also the fact that they were up against all odds. Everyone doubted this could happen, but they were all saying it was an exciting time because Walt willed it to happen. He told everybody it could happen and that they had never done this before, but they could do it. And so it all gave them confidence that they could pull it off, and they all mobilized under Walt's singular vision to get it done. And I think that scene to me is emotional to me because I just feel like it symbolizes the teamwork."

I left the UK to ILORIN to surprise my family after being away for about 2yrs. Nobody knew I was coming except for Ustaz Awon Hoodlums as I felt it’s normal to let at least one person know about my journey. Each frame of this post means so much to me and my family and in a long time this is the happiest I’ve been. Alhamdulillah. Bruh I felt so embarrassed when the guy told the other guy to not come in front of the camera. I specifically kept the camera in a corner so that no one could see it and get awkward. You could see the embarrassment on my face, although it was in a light mood as those guys keep pulling each other's legs at the Gym all the time. But I still made it clear so no one else feels that way because he was so damn loud with “oye camera hai”. You don't own the gym, it's a public gym, so chill.

While I have premium I definitely want to do a long post breaking down the main scene from this show that I obsess with. There's so much that I feel could be learned from it. Not just for expansion animators either. There's honestly a LOT that can be learned from how this show directed its expansion scenes that can be applied to even safe for work animations. Obviously yes, the expansion alone is really good. What makes it so good though is just the fact that there's things you pick up on that you likely don't even realize until you re-watch. I'm using this scene as an example as it's not AS good I would say, but it still has a lot going for it. One thing I've always loved from it that I want to use in my own animations someday is that the expansion sort of comes in waves as opposed to one consistent growth. In a way, it makes it feel more natural while also selling how tight the top is getting. It could have been accompanied by showing the knot getting tighter or smaller with each growth. It's a small part of the animation but just that one thing already adds another layer to appreciate. It's not like most expansion scenes where there's very little outside of just "growing" on its own. There's a bunch of little things that subtly improve it without being obnoxious. The first expansion scene has WAY more that I want to talk about honestly. Far more than this one has. It will probably be a really long post now that I think about it...
