I don't think that's an issue at all. Google allows programmatic access through API openly. I've had my Gmail accounts connected to my agents for more than a year. But if you want to me more careful, give your Grok Bot it's own email and CC it:

You help the bot sign in, then it stays signed in. So the issue you're thinking is if youtube deems your bot browsing as not-allowed automation and bans your account? Not sure, but I guess if that's your concern, don't do it. Better to stay on the safe side

Yes, this is cool, but I actually would be shocked if you don't already have this set up using Hermes Agent (does all the same and more). I guess Grok Bot just makes it work "out of the box" without needing to host it yourself, which has a lot of value to broaden agent access.
