#WATCH | On how NEET-UG 2026 paper leak was detected, whistle-blower in NEET UG 2026 paper alleged leak, Shashikant Suthar says, "After the exam on 3rd May and solving the paper for my students, I met a known person. When I matched those 45 questions from the PDF document to those mentioned in the NEET-UG paper, I was left shocked, as all 45 questions matched. We also asked a teacher to tally 90 Biology questions with those in NEET exam paper; those too matched. We approached NTA with the details, and they acted fast. VIDEO | CJP spokesperson Ashutosh Ranka says, "I just came to know that CBI has filed a charge sheet in the NEET 2026 case which involves a lot of NTA officers... We demand that the NTA be dissolved and it be converted into a national technical testing commission which has permanent staff, which has proper auditing of each of the exam it conducts. We also demand that not just 2026 but all the paper leaks that have happened in this country in last few years be investigated thoroughly and all the accused be brought to justice which includes NEET 2024 and NEET 2025. It is imperative that the government takes steps to solve these structural issues that are plaguing the systems of this country not just NTA but the entire exam system which includes the exam infrastructure which includes the vendors have to be audited properly and it has to be made sure that the country doesn't see any more paper leaks."

#WATCH | Bengaluru | On NEET exam row, Karnataka Minister Priyank Kharge says, "Three students missed writing the exam. Out of the three students, one student missed the bus in Magadi, which is in the opposite direction from where the Congress rally was taking place. Another student had brought an old hall ticket. One more student who was coming from RT Nagar also missed taking the exam. There is an SOP for the NEET students which was communicated to them. We had issued traffic advisories and a helpline for NEET. They need to ensure they cover up for Dharmendra Pradhan's mistakes. Why was there a need for a re-exam? Because there was a paper leak. Where were MP Tejasvi Surya and other MPs when the NEET paper leak happened? Even in Delhi, Mumbai, Gujarat and MP, students missed the exam. We gave clear directions and guidelines. A lot of people across the country could not take their exam, but the government has nothing to do with it."

"Re-examination date will be announced in next 7-10 days so that academic calender of admission schedule is not hampered"- NTA DG on NEET-UG paper leak Stop this shamelessness. 2 NEET paper leaks in 2 yrs (2024 & 2026), Delays in result & other irregularities. 22 lakh students studied day & night for NEET while NTA has failed to protect even basic integrity of the exam. This isn't just incompetence but complete institutional failure. Modi Sarkar must revamp complete NTA & bugs must be fixed. Modi Sarkar must keep it among the top priorities.

2026: After the original NEET exam was cancelled and re-NEET was conducted, PM Modi announced fast-track courts for paper-leak cases so that the accused could be punished quickly. 2024: PM Modi said those behind paper leaks would not be spared and promised the strictest punishment. The Supreme Court later accepted that the NEET paper had leaked at limited locations, but refused a nationwide re-test because a systemic leak was not proved. But the real question remains: Are students being assured that paper leaks will be prevented—or only that, after another leak happens, the accused will be tried faster? Fast-track courts may speed up punishment. But where is the clear, time-bound guarantee on prevention, exam security, accountability and a leak-proof examination system?

#WATCH | Delhi | On Supreme Court hearing on NEET exam issue, Petitioner Nitin Vijay says, "We have two main concerns - paper leak and grace marks. Now that NTA has accepted that grace marks were awarded to some students, then why is the chance of re-test given only to those students who filed writ petition in High court not to those who filed complaints only with local authorities? How can an aspirant from a village file a petition in court? NTa should open a window to invite complaints, verify them and then conduct Re-NEET. Ranks have inflated due to cheating and paper leak. The future of 24 lakh students is at stake. Shouldn't every aspirant get a fair chance?" Supreme Court today issued notice to National Testing Agency (NTA) on a batch of petitions raising concerns of paper leak and CBI probe into the NEET-UG 2024.
