Ive been going through this! It is faith and it’s HOPE! It is hope that helps me get up and it the FAITH I apply to that hope that helps me keep going. You’re not alone. Anyone reading this struggling with depression or anxiety or anything (maybe it’s ptsd or OCD) you are not alone, you’re loved by others and God and his son, Jesus. And you have a role to play in humanity. Don’t give up.

Appreciate the feedback. I chose the music because it’s a song I wrote for my wife about how she comforted me in 2022 about the pain I’m eluding to here. I talk deeper about it Episode 2. But I’m just trying things out and learning as I go.
