In the book of Jeremiah, it says that God knew us before He formed us in our mother’s womb. I remember one time when I was deeply upset with God. I questioned why such bad things happen to good people and why He created the devil if He knew all along what he would do, the trouble and torment he would cause. The Lord spoke to my heart and said, “Because I wanted a people who would truly love Me and be with Me where I am.” I’ll never forget that night. I was truly humbled. I believe we were with Him when the battle took place in heaven between Lucifer and the third of the angels who fell with him. Perhaps at that time we weren’t in a position to make a choice. Maybe our time here on earth, the life we are living now is our choosing ground. Scripture says, “Choose this day whom you will serve.” We may never know for certain until we meet God face to face, but that is what I believe. God bless. ✝️🙂
