I do fully agree on concerns about weaving Snake into Siege's more complex lore. Nothing Kudos says here is wrong besides one thing: Solid Snake is ALREADY canon to the Tom Clancy universe. Sure, it's more of an easter egg than anything, but precedent was set five years ago.

Doesn’t the BF and Muscle mass have more to do with diet than anything else? Also, in my experience, should only go to “failure”RPE 9-10 on the top set of compound movements, not every set. And then progressive overload each week. IE: here is a set of 8 that was RPE of 7. Next set would be top set. 4-6 reps RPE 9-10

I'm a 35-year-old American I've lived in Argentina for 5 months so far in 2025 Here are the some things I like more about Argentina than the USA: -It's SIGNIFICANTLY easier to make friends in Argentina. Seriously, I lived in Colorado for the last 10 years, and I was beginning to think I was some fucking weirdo bc of how small my social circle was. The social life here is just so organic. If you're not a weirdo, you just attract friends...especially as an ex-pat. Everyone is always about milling around the city, playing sports, drinking mate, going to cafes/boliches/concerts/events. I don't know why, but in 5 months here, my social circle is already bigger and stronger than the one I had in 10 years in Denver, Colorado. -Politics isn't life here. There's some type of weird brain virus that's destroying the minds of the American people. Politics has seeped into every aspect of the culture fabric and it's become this weird, unavoidable daily reality. In Argentina, the people are well-informed about politics and global affairs, but it doesn't dominate the conversation. Very refreshing for me. -People are generally healthier and more beautiful. In general, the Argentines are some healthy, skinny, beautiful mf's. The men, the women, everyone. No radical Ozempic intervention is required here. -People have less money, but more time and more soul. Average wages here are absolute shite, and so is the Argentine Peso...but people seem to have more time, more energy and less stress, generally. People in the USA have a lot of money, but not a lot of soul. Here it;s the opposite. I've confronted some of the dark aspects of the economic realities here, but generally people are extremely present, laid back and "amable". I'd describe the people here as passionate "life-enjoyers." They are passionate about everything they do. They do it with gusto, soul, and UMPH. Mate - We love that shit Soccer - Hell yeah Hanging out at the park with some dogs - WE Live for this shit Living here has made me appreciate my life so much more. Three years ago, I pitched a business to this Particular organization, and they told me they were not seeing the potential I was seeing. AM2R is a triumph. The original Metroid 2 on Game Boy was my first Metroid game, back when I was about 7. I've since played it about ten times. Over the years I've played all the 2D Metroids over and over, 5 to 20 times each. I don't usually play fan games, but this week I decided to finally give AM2R a shot (on Hard with an Xbox controller), and I gotta say... it's fantastic. It's simultaneously a more faithful remake than Samus Returns, and more satisfying to play and 100% complete. I like Samus Returns alright -- it's probably my least favorite 2D Metroid, still a good game though. But I think AM2R is even better.

You probably think you need to do more cardio. Longer workouts. More miles. More suffering. But what if you just made the walk you're already taking a little more challenging? I've been a big fan of weighted vests for years because they're simple. You put one on, go for a walk, and suddenly your body has to do more work without you spending any more time exercising. The data is pretty impressive and one of the biggest mistakes I see people make is thinking health has to be extreme to be effective. Most of the time, the answer is taking something you're already doing and making it a little better. A weighted vest is a great example of that. Just walk.

We can clearly hear that Ricky’s radio to Carlos was “do not put him under pressure,” nothing else, and he didn’t, he passed him quickly and safely Meanwhile Bryan tells Charles “Carlos has been told to not overtake, but is really close, he might be just in front.” Realizing what he says he immediately corrects the wording and says “he’s been told not to put you under pressure” when Carlos was already ahead I thinks this miscommunication is the origin of the drivers getting upset about their communication, I don’t think Carlos did anything wrong

People get genuinely emotional when you suggest low reps build muscle better. Not "equally well." BETTER. Why? Because they've invested years into high-rep training and the cognitive dissonance is unbearable. Admitting that 4-6 reps is superior means admitting they've spent years accumulating unnecessary fatigue and making slower progress than they could have. It's easier to get angry at the messenger than accept the message. I get it. Nobody wants to hear they've been doing it wrong. But the alternative is continuing to do it wrong for another 5 years while defending your suboptimal approach to strangers on the internet. Pride or progress. Choose one.

Because in midterm years, this pattern NEVER fails. 17 out of 17 midterm years proved one thing: Every pump before the 200 EMA touch ended the same way. DUMP. Not a change, but I've had a TON of folks asking if this is getting changed from June 10. This is a ball hit by Mookie Betts of the Los Angeles Dodgers and it was ruled an error on Jake Mangum of the Pittsburgh Pirates. The only thing I can think of is that Mookie didn't appeal, because this is a base hit, it's always been a base hit, and it will continue to be a base hit. Except on this one play. There is no way a sliding attempt like this is an error. I know Mangum broke the wrong way, but that doesn't factor it ... it's the catch, the physical catch, and there is ZERO CHANCE this is ordinary effort. I know we talk changes here, but this non-change is the most confounding one for me since Aaron Judge's first career walk-off hit, which was the most obvious fielder's choice of all time, but because it was the last play of the season, it didn't get appealed or changed.

Unsure the level of concern at the moment (1.09 FIP + 27.5 K-BB%) but I think it's worth nothing that Sanchez's FB velo is down: First 3 G (2026): • 94.4 MPH (-2.1) • 94.3 MPH (-1.5) • 94.6 MPH (-0.6) *(L: '26, R: '25)* Last year: • Sanchez was a bit more efficient w/ his hip + shoulder separation • His body was more linear, helping that center of mass move correctly. • Better lower half allowing him to keep that pelvis a bit more linear -- which is likely result of the ribcage is stacked over his pelvis + sitting in that load longer on foot strike (??) This year: • Energy is leaking from that back knee into rotation • Upper + lower working w/ each other more and less of working against one another (arm doing more than it should) • His pelvis is noticeably tipping down through rotation (not a direct cue but more of a result of less lower half activation) Angles/WBC fatigue could also be at play here as well -- but assuming they're not could be some things to clean up
