Faakistan and Afghanistan are the waterloo of the Americans. Their soldiers come back in coffins, they achieve nothing, and they create an Osama bin Laden or Yahoo Bin Faakistani and send another trillion dollars to line the pockets of Pakistani Generals & Failed Marshalls.

If Pakistan is a phenomenal counter-terrorism partner, wonder why they went killing Osama Bin Laden on Pakistani soil instead of asking Pakistan to do it.

I think it's US talking with India the language that India talked with US and Europe with regards to Russia.

USA has turned hostile against India. Pakistan will need to be handled quickly

He is wrong. military ties with two nations at war with each other are by definition binary. He is not discussing diplomatic or trade ties here. Thats as weird as US military having ties with Israel and with Hamas.

He mispronounced it... Pakistan is a phenomenal "terrorism" (not counter terrorism) partner ...

Every so often, the Pak military sacrifices a mid level pawn to satisfy the "counter-terrorism" urges of whosoever is in power in US. A win-win transaction that keeps those in charge happy about the "cooperation".

Suddenly US seems to be repositioning itself , earlier US commerce sec. interview now this .., it could be nicely planned and orchestrated by Pentagon

What ever defence deal india is planning with usa if any should be kept on hold after this statement clearly usa is supporting pakistan financially militarily as well as with intel and data ...
