This wouldn’t be said if Pep or Klopp was appointed. Their status and success achieved would’ve been too high to think about English coaches.

The only English manager anywhere close to the required level is Howe and he said not long ago he didn't want the job yet.

Well ask yourself why are English managers bad then? They are almost never managing big clubs. Why would they get the England job with all these players? Oustanding? Who? Howe? Potter?
