I don't care what the NBA allows, or how rules language gets interpreted ... Dribbling, picking up your dribble, using your right foot as your pivot foot, getting stuck and getting out of trouble only by lifting that foot to push off the other foot should not be allowed.

So here's the deal with the Ant step thru pass: he establishes his right foot as his pivot. He's allowed to lift that foot off the floor as long as he passes before it comes back down. Was that a jump, though? If so, it would be a travel. Refs didn't think so.

You got to be a psychopath to want this to be a push off, and not impeding the ball handler. If she doesn't trip her w/ her right foot, she blows by her behind the back dribble b/c she fends off legally the right arm w/ her left hand in her own driving space.

FULL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT A complete full-body session using dumbbells. Split it into 2 circuits of 4 exercises. Complete 3 rounds of Circuit 1, then 3 rounds of Circuit 2. Rest 30–60 seconds as needed. 1. Reverse Lunge into Dumbbell Swing — 8–10 each leg Hold a dumbbell in each hand at your sides. Step one foot back into a reverse lunge. Lower until both knees are bent comfortably, keeping your front knee aligned with your foot. Push through your front foot to stand back up. Hinge at your hips and swing the dumbbells forward to about chest height. Control the weights back down, then repeat on the other leg. Targets: Quads, glutes, hamstrings, and core.

It's called the tibialis anterior, it runs down the front of your shin, and its main job is to lift the front of your foot up when you walk. This muscle is a big part of what keeps your toes off the ground. So when it gets weak, especially with age, your toes can scuff the floor and you trip more easily.
