How Should We Walk? Everyone knows how to walk right? Wrong. Well, we knew (as a child) and then we forget it, due to the learned maladaptive movement patterns that we pick up from adolescence and adulthood. We don’t move as much, we sit a lot, we don’t squat properly, we don’t run, we do stiffening gym exercises; this all can lead to dysfunction. Here are some key tips to change the way you walk if you don’t do these already. Head Side to Side with each Step : create a “column” between you foot striking the ground, and your head. Spinal movement: move side to side like a snake does and you’ll feel the rotation bringing you forward. Barefoot Shoes: get your feet out of the foot prisons that are modern shoes, and use barefoot shoes if not barefoot. This is the second of two posts I’m making about the teaching of Andy Stanley because I have a burden to warn people to be like the Bereans "examining the Scriptures daily to see if these things were so." (Acts 17:11). I have attached a short video clip where Stanley says we don’t know Jesus rose from the dead because the bible tells us so. He says it’s the other way around. Now how do we know Jesus bodily rose from the dead? Did any of us see it happen? No, it happened 2000 years ago. But haven’t people researched the resurrection and found all sorts of evidence consistent with Him rising from the dead. Yes, but such evidence, though powerful, and we can certainly use in our witnessing, does not ultimately prove He rose from the dead. In fact, no matter what evidence we point to in geology, biology, astronomy etc., none of this proves in an ultimate sense the bible is true. Now it is certainly true such evidence properly interpreted does confirm the bible’s history. For instance, the molecule of heredity DNA is a complex information system and language system. No one has seen matter produce information or a language from matter by natural processes. Our observations and experience show information and language have to come from an intelligence. Such evidence confirms an intelligence behind life. This certainly confirms the first verse of the bible, “In the beginning God created… .” But nonetheless, it’s not absolute proof. Think about it. We are finite beings living in the present. We don’t know everything. We don’t know how much we don’t know or do know in relation to whatever there is to know! When we try to interpret evidence of the present in relation to the past, how do we know we have all the relevant information to make the correct interpretation. Some information we don’t have could totally change our interpretation. That has certainly happened with scientists solving crimes using circumstantial evidence. When new evidence comes along, some of the interpretations change and certain people thought to be guilty were found they were innocent after-all. We need to have all the information needed. But we can’t know everything. However we have a book that claims over three thousand times to be the Word of God. This book claims that God moved people by His spirit to write His Word, what He wants revealed to us about life, the universe and history. This book, the bible, tells us that God knows everything, He is infinite in knowledge and wisdom. He has all information. “In whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge” (Colossians 2:3). If God’s Word is what it claims to be (and it is), then the infinite Creator God has revealed to us the key information we need to know to have the ability to correctly interpret this world in relation to the past, present and its purpose and meaning. “Therefore, we never stop thanking God that when you received his message from us, you didn’t think of our words as mere human ideas. You accepted what we said as the very word of God—which, of course, it is. And this word continues to work in you who believe” (1 Thessalonians 2:13). This means if we build our thinking on God’s Word, we build a Christian worldview to enable us to look at the world through “biblical glasses” and have the ability to correctly interpret and understand it. And Genesis 1-11 is the history that is foundational to the rest of the bible and thus our worldview. So, when we start with God’s Word we learn that the God revealed to us in the bible is the One Who created all things. Now by just looking at the world, for instance at DNA, we might deduce that there’s an intelligence behind life. But we would not know who that intelligence is unless revealed to us. The bible reveals who that intelligence is, God the father, Son, and Holy Spirit. But, if we just looked at the world with all its death, suffering and disease, we could assume that the intelligence behind life must be an ogre to make such a violent disease ridden suffering world. But when we start from God’s Word, we understand there was no death or disease to start with, but these entered the world because of sin. We also find man has a problem called sin which alienated him from God. We even find in Genesis that God promised someone would come to save us from our sin and restore our relationship with God (Genesis 3:15; 3:21). We learn later on that “someone” is Jesus--the one who became flesh for us, the babe in a manger 2000 years ago. It's important to understand we can’t know anything absolutely unless an absolute authority has revealed to us what we need to know. Now Andy Stanley claims we don’t know Jesus rose from the dead because the bible tells us so, but claims it’s the other way round, that because Jesus rose from the dead, we can believe what is says about this in the bible. In reality, Andy Stanley is actually claiming he knows all information about the resurrection to know it’s true so then he can proclaim what the bible says about the resurrection is true. This is not so. And remember from the previous post, Andy Stanley accepts man’s view of evolution and millions of years as true to declare what Genesis records about creation is not all true. So why shouldn't people take the word of others who claim Jesus didn't rise from the dead to then declare the account of the resurrection in the gospels can't be true. Stanley, as a finite fallen human being with very limited knowledge, starts outside the bible to go to the bible to make pronouncements over God’s written Word. No wonder he rejects a literal Genesis. Sadly, this is the case for the majority of our church leaders and Christian academics, particularly when it comes to Genesis. Think about it. Really Stanley is acting in accord with our sin nature because of what happened in Genesis 3. Part of our sin nature concerns us wanting to be our own god. Consider Genesis 3:1 and Genesis 3:5, the temptation by the devil. Satan tempted Adam and Eve to question God’s Word, and be want to be like God to decide good and evil, truth, etc., for themselves. In actuality, the statements Andy Stanley is making about Christianity and God’s Word are reflecting this sin problem we have. He is letting his sin nature master over him in this instance instead of letting God’s Word tell us clearly what we should believe. And I would say that about all Christians who reinterpret parts of the bible (like Genesis) because of beliefs from outside the bible. Now the whole bible is actually about Jesus, from the very first verse, that Jesus is the Creator (Colossians 1:16 “For by him all things were created,”), & and he is the Savior (Revelation 5:9), to the very last verse, “He who testifies to these things says, “Surely I am coming soon.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus! The grace of the Lord Jesus be with all. Amen” (Revelation 22:20–21) God reveals all we need to know about Jesus in His Word. We know Jesus rose from the dead because the bible tells us so! We know we are sinners because the bible tells us so. We know we can be saved through faith in Christ because the bible tells us so. We know we need to repent of sin because the bible tells us so. As Christians we know we will spend eternity in Heaven because the bible tells us so. “So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of God” (Romans 10:17). I still remember singing the chorus as a child Jesus loves me this I know, for the bible tells me so. Yes, the bible tells me so – that’s how know who Jesus is, that He is the Creator, that he died and rose from the dead, and that He is our Savior.

The best kind of Friday surprise 🐂 A homecoming our team has been hoping for. Rod still has a plenty of work ahead, but we know he never shirks from that! We are very happy to have him back where he belongs after his rapid progress from ICU to home ❤️ Thank you to all the incredible nurses and doctors at the Waikato hospital that have made this possible.

It is shameful to hear that the Congress party is asking, "Kashmir se kya waasta hai?" I would like to remind the Congress party that J&K is an integral part of India, and every state and citizen has the right over J&K, just as the people of J&K have the right over the rest of India. The Congress doesn’t know that many brave sons of Rajasthan have sacrificed their lives for peace and security in Kashmir. But it is not merely the fault of the Congress leaders. It is mostly the Italian culture of the Congress party that is to blame for not understanding the very idea of India. Such statements hurt every patriotic citizen who cares for the unity and integrity of the nation. People will certainly answer Congress. And for the kind information of the Congress, it was not Article 371, but Article 370, that was abrogated by the Modi government. However, it is only expected of Congress to make such horrendous mistakes. Such blunders made by it have haunted our nation for decades now.

Today, in my capacity as the President of NANS, I led all the structures of NANS, including sister unions, NAUS, NAPS, NANCES and NFSAN to the Community High school, Ahoro-Esiele, and Yawato community in Orire Local Government area of Oyo state, where we visited the scenes where our students and teachers were abducted. Going forward, we met with the King, some of the families of the victims, and parents in the communities of Ahoro-Esiele and Yawato communities. Furthermore, we assured them of our solidarity and support for them in this time of trouble and grief. Subsequently, we assured them that we are constantly calling on the government to ensure the immediate rescue and safe return of the abducted students and teachers. Conclusively, I assured all Nigerian Students that as far as I remain their President, I will continue to protect their interest. The 2nd Amendment is one of our country’s most important rights. If we don’t stand up to protect it, that right gets put in harm’s way. We have to get comfortable being uncomfortable and speaking about what we believe in. China is smart. China learned from the US's successes, using only the best parts. It's our turn. We should be learning from China. China's economy is growing three times faster than that of the USA. China leads in almost all areas of science, and has the best infrastructure the world has ever seen. The number one priority of China is tell help their people become more prosperous, especially the least well off. Is there still work to be done. Hell yeah. But there difference is that they are trying and we are not. I've been to hundreds of Chinese villages, for more than a decade, and people are becoming better off each year. They call it 'Socialism with Chinese Characteristics.' We don't need to replicate their system. But we should be learning from it. For those ignoring it, you are hurting America. Pretending China's model isn't successful is preventing the US from improving and learning. The China-Haters should be ashamed of the damage that they are doing to the West. Instead of slander and Sinophobia, we need to be learning from the successes of other nations and their peoples.

I am yet to watch #Dhurandhar as I need to figure out some time from work to do so, but my intent is clear : I don’t need any angle of Muslims portrayed as culprits of all! It’s a story of an Indian spy in Pakistan and how he fought the enemies that side and worked for our country, but in no manner should any movie for that matter - time & again demean their own Indian Muslims in any manner!!! That’s about it . India needs to accept its own Muslims as a part of their land and keep the fights of Pakistan & Pakistani Muslims separate from Indian Muslims. Don’t sell any movie in the name of a propaganda endorsed by any political party, creating an Islamophobia like situation in the country! Let’s keep entertainment for entertainment purpose & not on feeding the “hateful agenda”. I am hearing good things about Akshaye Khanna as the villain so he would also be one of the characters I am looking forward to watch, as much as seeing Ranveer Singh in his beefy avatar for his #Dhurandhar role. But don’t sell any movie in the name of spreading Islamophobia - this won’t cause harm to those who actually cause harm, it will cause harm to those who don’t!

Dear Africans. I know you think we are cowards. You think we have allowed Mnangagwa to rule with impunity. This is is what we face. We have been facing this for the past 45 years. The problem is, we have been doing it peacefully but met with live bullets. SADC & AU are OK with us being killed. A time will come when we are going to pick matchets and guns and chop each other like what happened in Rwanda. SADC and AU will condemn us as barbarians. Millions of us have left our country not because we desire to be in your countries. We cannot live under this perpetual suffocation. Now we see that South Africans are tired of us. We don't want to be in your countries. We want to be in Zimbabwe. We have asked your presidents to restrain this rabid junta led by Mnangagwa but none of them has tried. We tried elections and we all saw what happened. We are at the end of out wits. and about to snap. If any of you can convince your governments to give us guns and a forest, you will see that we are not cowards.

Children are coming out in support of this movement in every city of Balochistan. It is called public support of a mass movement. As black Americans we got love For the diaspora The black Caribbean and the African We always have.. We had the most black scholars That taught knowledge to the whole Diaspora.. but we kept getting rejected By some of y’all Y’all tried to say we didn’t create hip hop And we don’t have no culture Y’all told us we can’t wear dashikis And etc etc y’all tried to play us While y’all came to our country Stealing the style and acting like You don’t know where you got it from Not paying homage Like we did to y’all’s culture Acting like black Americans didn’t Die and fight for these rights That made all immigrants of color Want to come to America In the first place So we didn’t create this division We just know that time it is now

Hi everyone Great news, we have sucesfully cashed out all the money from the wallet that the mom gave us, and this morning me and my brother, went to their village to give them the money in exchange for the solanas raised It took some effort and help from 28. Jun to prove that the crypto community actually raised all this money, but luckily they managed to pull it off. With the 19 000$ that we have raised + what 28Jun has raised, we have purchased a new home for them in their village ( il get the photos of that too) , as this one was not in great condition and it is too small for such a big family. I would like to thank u all for participating and proving that when its a good cause, we can all come together and help, no matter the country, race or nationality Here are some photos i took from this beautiful family

Have you Noticed that Quickmart Supermarkets, belonging to baba Charlene, are being built Countrywide. That is why Patriots in Naivasha walichoma Quickmart in the previous Demonstrations. They know it belongs to Kasongo. At least we have identified a one stop shop where we shall be getting food , water and shelter from during the irresistible Mother of all Demonstrations, set to begin 24th this Month.

We, *ALL KARNATAKA STATE STUDENTS ASSOCIATION*, AKSSA OFFICIAL began a peaceful march from Dharwad to Bengaluru to protest the repeated translation errors in the KPSC exams — errors that are costing deserving candidates their future. Our protest was not just for ourselves, but for justice, transparency, corruption and accountability in our examination system. But today, as we entered Bengaluru, the *police arrested our peaceful protesters*, attempting to suppress our voices and curb our constitutional right to protest. This is not just an attack on students — it’s an attack on democracy itself. What message are they trying to send? That students don’t have the right to demand fairness? That we must stay silent in the face of injustice? Honourable Home minister Dr. G Parameshwara of Karnataka and Police Commissioner Dayanand sir should immediately take action against the police inspector N.M. Poonacha for allegedly manhandling innocent students and have Filed a FIR against 9 students who were walking peacefully. And provide justice to students and remove FIR filed on students. We will not be silenced. We will continue to raise our voice until justice is served.
