metal cabinets were the standard 80-60 years ago,problem was ppl painted them with brushes n rollers. to redo sets with sandblasters and electrostatic pearl paints, amazing. A pearl white powder coat,gorgeous.

The child proofing safety and durability of this would be epic! Just don't go cheap. I've seen reasonably priced large units with all the perks that also come with a nice butcher block top, power ports, and LEDs.... If Home Depot or Lows doesn't have it, try Grainger online.
