I don't know if people know just how valuable retweeting indie developers is. It can add 100s of wishlists to an indie game - which can accumulate to mean the difference between a developer being able to finish a game and forcing them back into a 9 to 5... show more

We indie Devs rely on word of mouth. That includes people reposting our content. Remember that most indie devs can't afford a big budget promotion or find a publisher to finance them. So, if you like their work, support them.

Here take this repost, it’s dangerous to go alone⚔️

Super exciting project! The golden Age of the Indie has arrived.

Appreciate you Alastrom, thank you 🙏

True that! People who repost indie devs work are the real goats!

There's just something special in seeing a lowpoly version of complex titles such as RPG. Good luck on your journey!

This looks good

Appreciate it, cheers Ryan! 🍻

Real sees real brother! Would love a demo sometime!

It's on the way! Give us a couple more weeks and we'll drop a mini arena demo to get combat feedback. Full demo is also in the works!

Where can I wishlist this?

Steam page coming soon!

Game looks cosy!

Just started my journey a few weeks ago. Supporting each other is how this industry will survive. Your game looks great btw! ✌️

Looks like fun and passionate project Love to try it out if get the chance to do so!!

community-driven distribution is the most underrated advantage indie devs have the people who care about your game before launch are the same ones who share it after

I literally just started out retweting and joining #screenshotsaturday threads. Seems to be a Good Idea. Spread the word!

@TheGamerHotspot I love that visual style. And I definitely agree on the retweeting of indie games. Its a simple thing to do that can make all the difference for an indie dev.

there are no 9 to 5 jobs to go back to

I read India and almost stroked out.

I love indie games. I have found so many indie games that have given me way more joy and happiness to play then most of the current AAA games. Triple A games just don’t carry the weight they use too.

Do you have a demo up?

Not yet, coming soon!

It's looking good! I'll share it on my channel when you guys are ready!

Woa its like a 1996 game. Were u frozen in time?

😁🫶🏻

This looks great - and fun! Is it a custom engine?

You’re also making a game called Satanic?

Yes! We took a quick break from that project to develop A Short Quest and loved this new project too much! Steam Page is in the works

I've just followed you (and it looks like I'm not the only one). It's so true what you say about supporting small creators. It's not an act of charity, either - unless you want big-name slop to dominate everywhere, it's actually *wise* for culture to support smaller names.

as a dev i can confirm this. a single RT from the right person can add more wishlists than a week of paid marketing

Looks amazing, ready to see more!

Keep going 🫡

Dark side of the force has clouded their vision. It is time to start over indie

Game lools nice

Love to take your short quest for a spin!

@igdmag I’ll give you another RT.

ps1 vibe . like it

901 😎🫵🤟🥳👋

Do wish lists give money or something?

I’ve found a good many games here. Plus I keep tabs on what’s going on in HD2

the entire indie distribution model relies on algorithmic luck and the goodwill of strangers that's not a system, that's a prayer
