I’m excited to share this performance video of “You Could Start A Cult” with you today: It’s the first of many performances that I shot with Vevo as a part of their Extended Play series that will be coming out over the next few weeks. Performing live is my favourite thing to do. To bring the songs I’ve spent so much time with, seen through from start to finish is an amazing feeling. I was listening to a sermon recently from one of my favorite teachers, Tim Keller, who sadly passed from this earth earlier this year. He was talking about the power and meaning of the words “Peace On Earth”. I was deeply encouraged and challenged to consider the significance of those words, particularly what they meant when announced by the angels 2000 years ago, and what they mean to us in 2023. As I was reflecting on all of that in light of what’s happening in my life personally with family and friends as well as in the world as a whole, I started thinking about a song I wrote a few years ago with my friend Tom Douglas called “A Desperate Benediction (Peace on Earth)” and suddenly found myself rewriting some of the words of this song, specifically related to right now...Christmas 2023. I’m not even sure as a songwriter what the rules are on this kind of a thing, but I felt strongly that I wanted to share it with you…So here you go. Peace on Earth, Christmas 2023.

On my first mission I completely fell in love with space photography - tough not to when you’re graced with this kind of unique perspective of viewing all that Earth has to behold from above. I’ve been so happy to bust out the array of impressive lenses that we have up here once again, and this time with even better cameras (Nikon Z9, vs the D5 from my previous mission). I was lucky enough to capture some pretty good aurora (northern lights, here over Alaska and Canada) on my first timelapse attempt of the mission, stay tuned for more! Hoping for some impressive solar events to put on a fascinating show like the ones a few months ago.

Despite all the drama and chaos these past few months, I am still extremely proud of all the work I have done but it's time for me to move on. So, after 6+ years it's time to say farewell to the Dr Disrespect brand and begin a new chapter. I want to thank ThePeacePigeon for believing in me back in 2018 and giving me a chance to show my skills and creativity to the world. I want to thank the amazing and talented Thorsten Denk , Stev and MARKRENDERS . Together we won the title for 'Best Creative Team of the Year' in 2021. I was thrilled to see the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre Museum, and Notre-Dame. _ The fact that France is the second largest manga-consuming country after Japan is quite fascinating to me. I appreciate that this culture is so accepted here. _ Dragon Ball's success lies in a story that is simple in a good way. When there's a fight, there's no need to read a block of text to understand. This makes the series accessible to everyone, no matter who you are or where you live in the world. The simplicity of the work is its strength. _ When I was young, my first encounter with Dragon Ball was through animation. I hadn't yet read the manga, but I loved it, and then I bought the V-Jump magazine, which was pre-publishing Dragon Ball. There was a fight between Vegeta and Goku, and I was completely hooked. I wanted to draw Dragon Ball. At the time, there were card games in which I drew the main characters. I went to see the Japanese publisher Shueisha. I started showing them my work. And one thing led to another, and I was in contact with Akira Toriyama, the creator of Dragon Ball, and I started working with him on the manga Dragon Ball Super in 2015. _ My favorite character is Granola because when I drew him and presented him to Akira Toriyama, he immediately said, "OK," "That's great, go for it." I'm also very proud of having created Black Freeza. _ When Akira Toriyama passed away in 2024, I wasn't expecting it. For a while, I was a little lost, I didn't really know what to do. There were many messages of comfort through social media. Even though I was close to him, I felt like "one" among the millions of sad fans. _ For me, Dragon Ball is the number one manga in the world. I don't think Dragon Ball should end. I'm not alone in working on it. It's the strength of fans around the world that allows this work to continue. As a manga artist, what I would like in the future is to continue evolving and always improve, to have multiple approaches, to create funnier manga, to improve my drawing and storytelling skills. That's my goal.

If you are scared, I was too If you don’t know what you are doing, I still don’t know what I’m doing as well If you don’t know where to start, I started on facebook (you can start from anywhere) If you don’t know what to start with, I started with a dead desktop computer I revived in the office where i did my SIWES If you think you need helper, well, i didn’t have one, i even sponsored myself through school with the money i made from doing casual work at Dangote salt company NASCON Maybe your current situation is worse than mine was, but i’m a living testimony that you can start from where you’re with what you have and you will still turn out fine.

I am genuinely speechless at the events that have all unfolded over the course of the past few days. Pjeg was the first time I and others did something huge with our lives. I made incredible friends, and was able to kick off my career as well as so many others here, but I'm at a complete loss of words of how to even describe my perception of it now. Effective immediately, I will be stepping down from my role as Kai Monteago. Thank you to everyone who has ever shown kindness and support to those of us who genuinely wanted to make this something special for you all. I am incredibly sad and upset about everything that has happened, but I will never regret my wants and efforts to give you all a fantastic experience over the last 4 years. Thank you all for everything. I am so incredibly sorry for everything that has happened.

here's how I got into futures trading for the first time and ran my account from $3k to $600k. so I just came across my old IG story highlight from around this time last year. no stoplosses just longing BTC and majors at every pullback at one point I was up and down $300k-$700k on some days, yet still didn't have a real idea on any system for myself. this was the true definition of left curving, before left curving became a term. learned a lot from this run, and I know I can do it again. the hard part about this was that I was sharing updates inside kaizen when i was on this tear, but i was still learning myself and unsure of what i was doing. i've been spending the last few weeks really exploring and learning the whole trading niche. i thought for the longest time, my biggest disdvantage was that i didn't have the trading experience and background a lot of the guys in the space already have, but i've come to realize this is gonna be my edge. as im learning, i have the best perspective as a beginner and can make sense of complicated topics. in 2026 I hope to be one of the few creators who can really democratize trading for mass retail in a responsible (non - gambly way). Currently in my student learning arc and studying some of the best traders I know while building tools, frameworks, & utilizing AI in between all that. if anyone has any tips or recommend any other traders with proven reliable systems in futures and crypto - feel free to connect or shoot me a dm! i'm eager to learn as much as i can here so we can build something phenomenal

Time to say goodbye 💚 Had to take a moment to decide which opportunity truly felt like the right one but I took my decision. Football gave me the chance to live in Corsica, the French Riviera, Germany, England, Saudi, Türkiye… and now, I have been given the opportunity to discover a new football, a new challenge, and a new life with my family!
