This one was particularly bad because the CGI was made for 3-D. The goal wasn't realism; it was correct parallax. The more detailed they make it, the more labor intensive it is to correctly render two different angles of it for 3D. That being said....yeah, they did a shitty job.

Because we were younger and didn’t care about CGI back then technology wasnt as advanced, believe it or not back then we only cared if the movie was good or not despite the CGI

i think it’s perfect tbh bc in this movie they’re in a dream-like state. it really sets the tone throughout the entire film!
