I get tired of New Vegas fanboys saying Todd hates NV and the TV show is his way to shit on it. He's said many times he also loves NV, people don't seem to understand that obsidian is just making a spin-off like they did with New Vegas not that the IP was handed off to them.

This video leaves out some pretty crucial context: Bethesda sat Obsidian down for that presentation after FUCKING THEM out of $1M in bonuses. There is zero possibility that Obsidian has forgotten this or that it's water under the bridge.

Lets be honest, at this point nothing is going to change how people perceive the relationship between these two companies. And there's no way to prove or disprove. If they say there isnt, people will respond that that is just what they have to say. And no way they would admit it if it was the case. Is it reasonable to think? Yes, we have heard of companies hating each other before or having rivalries, usually after the fact. It won't help matters either way to discuss it or ignore it.

I think some stuff in the works that may. But we'll have to stay tuned.
