BREAKING: With 2,500 U.S. Marines arriving in the Middle East in the coming days, 2,500 Marines en route by sea, and 3,000 U.S. soldiers preparing to deploy, retired General Wesley Clark says there are probably plans for a whole lot more troops as well to seize multiple Iranian islands. “I’m sure there is an option to put ground troops in to seize the islands that are blocking the exit from the gulf through the Strait of Hormuz. So this isn’t just posturing. I’m sure there are plans and planning underway probably for a lot more troops than this.”
