Falsifying business records is a misdemeanor. The judge allowed prejudiced testimony. The judge nor prosecutor didn’t tell the defense what that add on charge was until jury instructions which is at the end of the trial. The jury didn’t have to be unanimous with every charge.

The case were the judge said; you don’t have to follow the law, you just have to feel that he’s guilty.
