Oh some of us really are terribly alarmed.

Impeachment is a political act and is NOT a substitute for criminal prosecution.

Believe me, I am sufficiently alarmed. If Trump gets back in, he'll pull the U.S. out of NATO, and the world will enter a new Dark Age dominated by kings and warlords. It could conceivably last for a thousand years.

I AM alarmed. I live rural Big Island and am a senior who will probably not see the consequences of this national nightmare. But I have grandkids who will and that scares the hell outta me.

I feel like "I don't think people are sufficiently alarmed." is the phase that will define 2024.

This is a good example of trump, or his lawyers, using the principle of IMplausible deniability, again. If your argument is SO ridiculous & self-serving, or your crime is SO blatant & out in the open, people are incredulous & give you a pass. For 50 years.

I recall Republicans putting out statements saying Trump was responsible for the insurrection & the criminal justice system was a better route than impeachment. Now Trump claims since he wasn't impeached for January 6th he's not criminally liable.

I'm alarmed. I've been alarmed. I'm exhausted. But I'll keep fighting if you do.
