jihoon talking about working even harder from now on and his solo album someday… 🥹 🐶 (yonghwa hyung told me) “you did really well, seriously, you did well.” since he kept giving me lots of compliments like that, it made me feel really good. and it also gave me motivation, like i should work even harder from now on.. going forward, i want to work harder, keep practicing, and keep building the identity of the things i like… i don’t want to stop. i want to always work hard and not be lazy. in the end, it all comes back to me, and eventually it becomes one of the many ways i express myself as a singer 🐶 hyung said a lot of good things to me, praised me a lot, and even gave me a ring, so all of that was great but apart from that, i just felt proud somehow 🐶 so someday.. maybe when a solo album comes out, or- treasure is working really hard right now too, and i hope there’s no misunderstanding in what i’m saying. i love treasure. i’m doing treasure activities, but at the same time, there could be a day when i do music activities on my own too, right? you could say i’d be doing both in parallel 🐶 when that day comes, i want to really melt in a lot of identity, something that looks cool to people who know, and also looks cool to people who don’t. from one to a hundred, i want to think deeply about everything. i work with a lot of references honestly, my studio is full of them 🐶 (…) i’m always preparing. of course, i think a lot about the team too, and i think deeply about team activities as well. but i’m also doing a lot on my own, looking for references in the studio, talking with composer hyungs, working on various demos and things like that 🐶 whenever it is, someday… whether it comes out fast or slow.. someday.. if there’s an opportunity to come out properly after being prepared, that’s good too 🐶 either way, i’m going to do it someday. i have to do that before i leave this world. if i ever quit being a singer, i have to quit after doing what i want to do. i can’t quit without doing it. whether it’s fast or slow, i’ll do it eventually 🐶 so because the future is something i look forward to, a person can’t stop. some people might think this is like giving false hope and i get how this situation could look like that, but i don’t think that way. i’m definitely going to do it. and i need something i’m chasing like that so i can work harder, love the things i love even more, move my body, and live happily. i think of it as a goal point, and i’m chasing it hard… it’s fun~ 💬 i’m always rooting for you 🐶 i know very well that you always support me~ i’m so thankful. soso thankful, really. because of that support, when i’m able to release something, i want to put out something more perfect. not something that just looks like it quoted a rock concept and made something out of it, but something that really took that rock concept and those sounds and genuinely did something with them. if i were just going to do it halfway like that, i wouldn’t be loving this so much, grinding this hard, and practicing this much. i want to do it boldly, the way i truly feel.. haha it’s like that~ 🐶 so until that day comes, i’ll avoid things that are bad for my throat, take care of my health, and work hard. starting this year, i’ve been doing vocal training again, since december 2025, i’ve gone back into vocal correction, taking lessons on days without schedules. i need to work on my vocals too. 2026 is a year where i want to sing even better, everyone

KINGSTON IS BREAKING MY HEART‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ PLEASE SOMEONE SEE HIM & RESCUE HIS SWEET PUPPY SELF🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 URGENT IN COBB COUNTY, GA‼️‼️🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Kingston is up for adoption at: 📍 Cobb County Animal Services - Marietta, Georgia ☎️ (770) 499-4136 READ HIS STORY ⬇️ Today, while I was volunteering at the shelter, one of the officers asked if I could make a video for a puppy because this was already his fourth time at the shelter… I couldn’t believe what I had just heard. 🥺 Then she told me that Kingston is only six months old and has already been adopted and returned three times. Apparently, he first arrived at the shelter as a stray when he was only four months old. A family adopted him and later returned him, saying that he had too much energy. After that, he was adopted once again and brought back because, once again, he had too much energy and they just couldn’t keep up with him. The third time he was adopted, he was returned yet again. This time, they said that he had too much energy and that they were moving. I honestly don’t even know what to say. I couldn’t believe it, and my heart broke for Kingston. 💔😭 I took him on a walk and made this video for him today. I spent a long time with him, and during the entire visit, he was one of the sweetest puppies. He was just so happy to be surrounded by people. At one point, Kingston grabbed a toy and decided that he wanted to bring it with us on our walk… and he did. For the entire walk, he proudly carried his toy everywhere he went. He is only six months old. He is not “too much.” He is a puppy!!! Puppies need patience. They need training. They need time to learn and grow… And despite everything he has been through in his short life, Kingston still greets the world with a wagging tail, a toy in his mouth, and hope that someone out there will finally keep him forever. If you think that person could be you, Kingston is waiting...

Listen, I don’t know shit about fuck, but here is my honest critique: Ditch the bag, get a good holster and belt system, carry on body. I use a Bawidamann Gotham + Viking Tatics CCW belt and inner belt all day. If you’re going to temple index, meat of the palm on your temple, not muzzle next to Tempe. That was dangerous and silly. We leave our non shooting hand free, it’s not a two handed maneuver. Shit happens. The drill should’ve been stopped immediately there and corrected. Get to cover for a reload, don’t dance around, that mag on the ground is gone, try to be cognizant of your guns condition if you’re doing an emergency reload versus topping off... You can simulate cover with a barricade/change in elevation. Try to use workspace to get it done efficiently. You still need to earn that space back when the gun is back in the fight. We fight, assess, and scan. Take cover, top off, trade up, take off, treat injuries, talk to who needs to be talked to. Deliberately and violently. You look super tense. I think it’s time to slow down and start with the fundamentals. Everything else is a distraction. The drill itself, shooting from retention, is valuable. However there is work to be done to make this applicable IMHO. Otherwise it’s fanfare. I like to start this drill with my non firing hand on my head and elbow extended to the target in a block, then a single handed draw and shooting from retention that is high and tight as possible, otherwise you risk losing that gun. If you want some real practical training, go down to AZ and hit a two day with Warlizard Tactical. In time you will see. It’s a journey, we all grow. I can’t recommend them enough. Good on your for getting out there an training. Here’s some close up stuff and some temple index:

Maple had her third session of training with the mat today. Day 1 she figured out she needed to be on the mat and after she was consistently going there, we paired the cue "place". Day 2 continued with the cue and getting her to consistently go to the mat with the handler on all sides. Today we sat further away from the mat and gave the cue, from a distance, and had her stay there for slightly longer durations. She does very well. We'll continue to practice longer durations and cueing from different spots. Once she's super consistent staying there (that should only take a couple more sessions) and is a bit better at keeping all 4 paws on, we'll add some distractions and take the mat outside and practice. Eventually this will be the behavior she will be asked for if she needs wait quietly. We use it at appointments, coffee shops, checkouts etc. We're often asked what the difference is between a place and a down stay is. When we use a down stay, it means the dog stays in the down position and doesn't move, whereas place is more about a zone. The dog can sit, stand, turn around or lay down, as long as they stay on the mat and behave. It's often used in long durations for working dogs so it gives them the opportunity to reposition themselves to be comfortable. Later we'll work on eliminating the mat and being able to stay in the immediate vicinity when she's given the cue. #PuppyTraining Video description for inclusivity: Maple, a young lab puppy goes to a mat on the floor and waits for the click sound. As soon as it's given a treat is tossed away from the mat. She goes to it, eats it, and returns to the mat.

What actually changed my life was learning to do things I hated every single day. Some people read the early chapters of Troubled and say, “I can’t recognize this person. How does the teenage kid I’m reading about become the person I’m speaking to now?” The answer is simple: if you spend eight years in the military, you’re going to change. And it took all eight of those years for me to reshape my personality, my outlook, and my priorities to the point where I could function as a self-sufficient adult. I initially enlisted for four years. One of the most important lessons I learned during that time was that motivation is overrated. It took me a long time to understand this, but motivation is just a feeling. Do I want to do this? Do I not want to do this? Do I feel inspired today? Self-discipline matters more than motivation. Self-discipline means doing what needs to be done regardless of how you feel. It means sticking to healthy routines and making good decisions even when you don’t feel motivated. If you can string together enough productive days over a long enough period of time, your life will begin to improve. What’s happening internally, in terms of motivation or lack of motivation, matters less than people think. The real question is: can you do it anyway? At first, that discipline was imposed from the outside. In basic training, the instructors enforce structure and routine. But over time, that external discipline gradually becomes internal self-discipline. Even after my first four years in the Air Force, from ages seventeen to twenty-one, I knew I still wasn’t ready to leave that rigid structure behind. I understood that I needed more time inside an environment that demanded responsibility and consistency from me. So I reenlisted for another four years. By the time I was twenty-four or twenty-five, I was finally prepared.

Today is my 7th birthday. And I think I've had the best year of my life. I have seen love, compassion, and kindness. I've licked teardrops off of cheeks, and wiggled joyously to the sound of laughter. I've won pretty ribbons and learned the best prize was the smile and the ear rub as she tells me how proud she is of me. I've discovered that when you take away some of the barriers we are a force to be reckoned with. I've learned to have patience with a puppy and I've learned that some humans will always fear me. I've discovered many people will help us chase our dreams and show the world that someone different can be successful. I've also learned some people fear those who are different and don't want to see us succeed. But we can, and do, in spite of them. Deep down, most hearts are good and capable of learning. There will always be some that see those who are different as having less value. They don't stop us though. We don't need approval from those who feel we deserve the same access as the trash bin in the alley. I've learned to worry about those who strive to make everyone feel like they belong. Thank you for helping us achieve our little victories and small miracles this year, and thank you for helping build a world where we can go out and do amazing things, instead of having to rely on someone else. Thank you for helping us be part of a great community and believing that we can achieve so many things. Maybe this year I will earn a championship title. Maybe I'll try something different. But I know I'll keep training my human to be well behaved, confident and capable of doing stuff she didn't think she could. I'm glad you're here for the journey. Before high carbohydrate fueling, I finished every race totally wrecked. Even in my best races, I’d cross the finish line desperate to stop. As an athlete, I had no idea how anyone could go farther than 50k. With high carb, I had a new realization: what I thought was an endurance limitation was just a fueling limitation. 100 milers feel easier than some trail 30ks I used to do. But knowing the science of high carb and actually slurping down tons of gels in a race setting are two different things. Episode 10 is all about a practice race at the Cheyenne Mountain 50k where the main goal was to get over 125 grams of carbs per hour (500+ calories) in an urgent, high-performance setting (I got to 135 grams per hour, which was a prelude to 150 grams per hour at my 50 miler 2 weeks later). It’s a super fun video by amazing director Cody Bare and presented by The Feed 🧡 Watch here and subscribe: What does high carb look like for everyone? It doesn’t have to be complicated! When you are pushing harder, start with a 40 gram of carb gel every 30 min plus electrolyte drink for hydration, dialed into your sweat needs. I think that anyone can learn to take a 40 gram gel every 30 min, and that alone will do more for endurance performance than almost every training intervention (except easy running and strides, of course 😂). You deserve high carb. In hard events, it improves adaptation AND health outcomes. Don’t listen to anyone preaching to you about health risks or fat adaptation like it’s 2010. The science has moved past that. Fuel the work you are doing. I just wish I could go back to 2010 and show my younger self this video of the end of a 50k. Oh how different the next 13 years could have been! That’s why I come to you with this message now: Give yourself the gift of higher carb, and higher carb will give you the gift of exploring new horizons. Carbs are for everyone 🧡💚💜

Last spring I cleaned my rifle alone for the first time. Fake nails. Fresh lashes. Hair cut and dyed. Sitting there with a weapon field stripped in front of me, hands covered in oil, focused on getting every step right. I remember thinking how funny it is that some people, usually men, look at women like me and decide we can’t possibly be soldiers or medics. I tend to think of it as an admission that someone needs everything comfortable to be a soldier….but women, we adapt. Having nails doesn’t cancel out discipline. Having lashes doesn’t erase muscle memory. Taking pride in how you look doesn’t replace the ability to learn, adapt, and fight. Women have been quietly proving people wrong for generations. And still, someone sees long nails and thinks: she can’t. What people underestimate is not our strength. It’s our adaptability. Most women have spent their entire lives operating in systems that were not originally designed around them. We adjust. We modify. We learn different techniques. We build strength differently. We problem solve differently. We endure differently. In that video, I’m still learning. I’m testing my grip. I’m building confidence. I used to think long but blunt nails might stop me from shooting properly, from cleaning my weapon, from wearing gloves, from packing a wound fast enough. They didn’t. If something feels like a “hindrance,” it usually just means you haven’t adapted yet. I am a woman. I have the body of a woman. Training, carrying weight, treating casualties, managing chaos, leading, learning, fighting….and in this war, my first war, I’ve done it all with nails and lashes. Femininity is not fragility. Presentation is not weakness. Looking like this does not mean I cannot do that. This isn’t about attacking anyone. It’s about expanding what strength looks like. It’s about young girls seeing a woman with lashes and a rifle and thinking, yes, that’s us. It’s about understanding that capability doesn’t come in one uniform, one haircut, one body type. Women everywhere are stronger than history ever gave them credit for. We don’t need to become less of who we are to stand beside you. We are already here. We are already capable. We are not going anywhere…and neither are my nails 😉 Signed, A #Canadian woman fighting for #Ukraine 🇨🇦🇺🇦

🚨EMERGENCY DISPATCH FROM CHESNYY THE SERVICEROTTIE, PROFESSIONAL BIG SISTER & CERTIFIED RACCOON-HAT MODEL: Backyard has officially seceded from Earth and become Planet Marshmallow. Snow so deep I’m out here performing slow-motion triple-axel gazelle jumps like a 100-lb reindeer who missed rehearsal and is desperately improvising. Meanwhile, my 28-lb bouncing pork chop Kenji is ricocheting across the surface—boing, boing, boing—like a fuzzy pinball that chugged rocket fuel and now believes gravity is optional. We held the 2025 World Championship Tug-of-War over the slobbery, half-frozen raccoon corpse. I, the reigning champion of dignity, immediately threw the match so the little pork chop could taste glory. His acceptance speech? Silently dragging the dripping, icy carcass over and installing it on my head like I’m the official pedestal for the Nobel Prize of Soggy Toys. I lay there in full raccoon-crown regalia, one eye visible, silently judging my past life choices. Then he spotted a drift approximately the size of Mount Everest’s ego, clambered up like a furry parkour legend on four stubby espresso shots, planted his flag at the summit, and unleashed the most unhinged victory monologue in canine history: “I DID IT BIG SIS!!! I’M THE KING OF THE WORLD!!!” “LOOK AT MEEEEEE!!!” “BIG SIS DID YOU SEEEE???” “THIS IS MY MOUNTAIN NOW!!!” “NOBODY CAN STOP MEEEE!!!” “EXCEPT MAYBE YOU BUT PLEASE DON’T!!!”…immediately followed by the chase opera of the century: “CHESNYYYYY!!! WAITTTT!!!” “DON’T LEAVE MEEEEEE!!!” “YOUR BRAVE LITTLE PORK CHOP IS COMINGGGG!!!” “I’M FLYINGGGG!!!” “ALMOST!!! ALMOST THERE!!!” “WAIT WAIT WAIT WAITTTTT!!!” “GOTCHAAAAAAA!!!” “AGAIN AGAIN AGAIN!!!” He did this loop approximately 47 times. My ears are still ringing. Naturally I slowed to the speed of a very dramatic sloth. Let him tackle me. Let him “win” every tug, every chase, every imaginary world domination attempt. Because big sisters are contractually obligated to turn one small, squeaky pork chop into the loudest, most delusional snow overlord in recorded history—one fake flop, one soggy raccoon hat, and zero remaining shreds of pride at a time. Video proof of this complete and utter absurdity attached. Watch it immediately. Lose all composure. Share it with every human you’ve ever met, plus a few you haven’t. Let’s make my baby brother viral so he spends the next decade convinced he’s an invincible, mountain-conquering, raccoon-defeating pork chop superhero.🥩 Tag someone who needs their brain melted by pure puppy nonsense right now.🐶🐾 #BigSisterChesnyy #KenjiTheDelusionalPorkChop #SendHelpAndTreats
