@Alyssafarah Democrats wheeled out Feinstein to cast a vote on the day she died and I don’t recall the ladies ever discussing that yet when it’s a republican they won’t shut up about it. I will agree with one thing. Washington and politics in general must have term limits AND age limits.

I’ll tell all of you what I told the news anchor just moments ago during a live hit: I don’t believe Senator Mitch McConnell is coming back to the Senate floor when it reconvenes on September 14. In my view, his staff simply needs to hold out until October, when the Senate leaves Washington and does not return until November 6. By then, based on Kentucky law, it would be too late to call a special election to replace Senator McConnell. If that happens, I believe McConnell will remain in office, with him and his staff continuing to collect their paychecks until the new Congress is sworn in in January.
