@Cobratate Your therapy should always be improving yourself instead of complaining about how the world is unfair. Understand this and prosper.

@Cobratate Instead watch films that can help you understand your value as man or woman. Watch Guy Ritchie’s The Covenant 🍿

@Cobratate I started devoting my life God in the name of Jesus last year, and if you really trust God, you have to accept even the pain in the suffering because that’s an inevitable part of this world because it’s cursed. People are always looking for an escape, but God is the answer.

@Cobratate Well therapy did help me dealing with some problems. Loved ones dying hits hard, esspecially if they die young. It was not depression, I was just young and hit hard. The professional helped me get up and brought my fighting spirit back.

@Cobratate As a cancer patient I think this same way about depression… after going through what I went through I cannot understand how anyone can hate life, not wanna live, I’m not wealthy and I LOVE life, I LOVE just being, and I look forward to every second minute hour day week year

@Cobratate You have Jordan Peterson your biggest example of why you should never believe in therapy

@Cobratate The Brunet reconsolidation therapy has actually saved the lives of so many patients with severe ptsd including military, police and paramedics, allowing them to return to a normal life instead of committing suicide. For people in distress, these 6 30min. sessions are worth a try.
