Last new year’s I was with my family and my best friends celebrating in one of the oldest and most beautiful hotels in Gaza- Al Mathaf. The place was destroyed, and some of the people are gone forever. I pray that this year we see light, that this year we see justice, that this year we see peace. I hope I can hug my mother soon, be back with the rest of my family and friends in Gaza… I hope that this nightmare ends and I really hope that I’ll still find some strength within me to keep going. May everyone of you have a happy, and blessed year… May Palestine be free very soon!

And in that, that set wasn't built when I shot, so like- and I was shooting something else when they shot it, so they're like, 'do you mind-' [have someone else] but I was already off shooting something else, so." I love getting to know Secretary Rubio like this! Katie Miller asked him two questions: 1. Who do you think is the funniest in the whole cabinet? 2. Who’s your best friend in the administration? 1. First answer: "There’s I think there’s three finalists. I have to say three. So I think the VP is funny. Everybody’s got their own style. And I think the VP can be very funny. I think Bessent in his own way can be very funny. And I mean in his own way. He’s got a different type of way of presentation. And I think Bobby Kennedy is very funny. Bobby has some of the greatest stories you’ll ever hear. It’s unbelievable stories that he’ll tell and you listen to these stories. They’re like that didn’t really happen. Oh, no, but it did. The guy has lived an extraordinary life. Like I was, how is this not a movie? I mean it can’t even be a movie. It would have to be a miniseries because he has so many incredible stories and many of them are not just funny because they happen, but they’re just fascinating to me. But he can be funny too." 😂 2. This couple is having a wedding that will reflect who they are. They openly don’t seem to care if anyone will actually go or not. I think weddings are a celebration for everyone to join in for a special day. But I also think that offending guests before they even go might be a decision that will turn in a decision full of regret. So here’s my take on this. The way I see it is that they are going to be disappointed. I know others might argue and say that it’s selfish for the guests to not go because of the conditions set forth by the bride and groom, however it goes both ways. If they know guests won’t like the conditions of the wedding, then maybe they should compromise a little. I think they should give people options. I feel that this is going to show the bride and groom who is actually their real friends and who aren’t in their eyes. They won’t care if the guests don’t like the wedding rules, they are going to expect them to go because they think that their attendance shows that they care and that they are local.

Yeji had a terrifying nightmare on the plane🥹🫳 🐈‍⬛: On the plane, I had a nightmare. The flight was about three hours and forty minutes, and I thought I could sleep for around two hours. I usually sleep with headphones on, but sometimes my ears hurt and feel a bit swollen, so I asked the flight attendant for earplugs and slept with those instead. Then my ears started hurting—you know, like in those cliché scenarios. In the dream, the plane suddenly had a major problem. It was shaking really badly, and I woke up scared. When I opened my eyes, I saw warning lights flashing, life jackets and everything had fallen down, and they said the plane was going to crash—it was malfunctioning and going down. 🐈‍⬛: I was seriously terrified, so so scared. I just sat there, and my mind started racing wildly. Since we were about to crash, I might die—I kept wondering, "Will it hurt? How will it happen? Will there be an explosion?" And since the windows were closed, I didn’t know where we’d crash—on land or in the sea? But for some reason, I just felt like it would be into the ocean. My mind flashed to some people and things, sorry but I didn’t really get to think anything through. I really couldn’t think of anything—just, "Ah, am I going to die?" Looking back now, it felt way too real in the dream. 🐈‍⬛: But honestly, it was the first time in a dream where I felt like my life was really in danger. So I kept thinking, "How much will it hurt? Where will we crash?" I kept going over that, and then the plane really did crash into the water. At first, the impact wasn’t as bad as I expected, but the plane started sinking slowly. I was sitting toward the back, but I can’t swim well, my lung capacity isn’t great, and being in the water feels awful. I tried to get out at the very last moment, but the exit was already underwater. I had to hold my breath and swim out from there. Halfway through, I was running out of air—I almost died for real. Then, like a miracle, someone pulled me up. I don’t know who it was. And suddenly, the scene changed to the fan signing event the next day.

plz debate me my opinion is the reason indie hackers see lower revenue is because we're all indie hackers selling to indie hackers we're selling software to people who also like building software so when AI comes along and helps you build 80% of any tool in 30 minutes, of course you'll make your own version but i don't think it's right to extrapolate that thinking to outside of this "indie hacker twitter bubble" to normal everyday people i believe this is just a "indie hacker / dev" related thing we're seeing in this twitter space, that's all just sell software to people who don't know how to build software
