#donghae #동해 🐶: Honestly, I feel like crying. These days, I really want to cry. Because you keep telling me how much you’re expecting from me, and honestly, that makes me feel a lot of pressure. I feel really burdened right now, and my heart doesn’t feel like my own these days. I keep doing Super Shows, then I’m in Korea for maybe 2–3 days, and then I’m just stuck in the studio again. The pressure and stress are really intense, so I’m not sleeping well and I’ve been living in a daze. I don’t get angry. (Please don’t get angry at Leeteuk-oppa.) I don’t get angry. My mindset is this: If getting angry could solve something, then I would do that. But for problems that can’t be solved that way, I don’t think getting upset helps much. I think those comments come from concern and support, wanting me to do well, so they actually give me strength. But when all the things I have to do come rushing at once, it does get overwhelming. Still, I think these are responsibilities I have to overcome, so I’ll do my best and give it my all. I think the reason I feel this pressure, stress, and worry is because I want to grow. Because of that, I think more deeply and can give you better things. Right now, it’s stressful and pressuring, but when everything turns out well and you’re happy with what I give you, I’ll be grateful even for these feelings.

💭 I had a fight with my mom - how can I make up with her? 🐿 Well, that depends on the reason, but although it’s not often, when that happens to me sometimes, honestly, just like any son, I tend to get irritated and snap a lot too. And since it’s a time when parents are curious about many things, and since it’s been a long time since we’ve lived apart, they can’t help but be curious even about very small things. 🐿️ To be honest, I didn’t understand that before, but these days I try to understand it. I think I’ve had quite a few conflicts with my parents because of things like that - not anything big, but issues from my side. Since I live my own life, I used to think, “Why are they curious about things like this?” or “Isn’t this obvious?” But from my parents’ perspective, they haven’t lived my life, so they worry and get curious - it’s all the same, even if it seems trivial. 🐿️ For example, I go to the recording studio, or I go to the workspace. Actually, a long time ago I explained this once, but to me, a recording studio and a workspace are different - they’re completely different. But from my parents’ perspective, if they don’t know, recording studio and workspace sound like the same thing. So if I say I’m going to the recording studio, they ask, “Are all the members going together?” And if I say I’m going to the workspace, they ask, “Are all the members going together?” and say things like, “Why are all the members going to the workspace?” Even though it’s different. This is my stance. One of my exs tried this with me. I told him he was welcomed to replace every Tiffany piece I own which are my day to day. However when I made the pile of all the things he owned that were gifted by their exs, including exclusive sneakers, they changed their mind. I wear it bc I like it. If you don’t like it, replace it. Arrived on another cruise ship last night to deliver my talk this week. I know they look fun but i honestly dread these work gigs. I hate being away from home and my routine. What’s made this worse was I didn’t get ANY sleep last night as my room appears to be next to the thrusters. (Sound on for my videos)I had noise cancelling headfones in but even they couldn’t drown out the noise. Zero sleep, one complaint later…apparently I can’t change rooms…went for lunch….same shaking noise…oh well at least it’s sunny…or B… I’m not looking for a ‘poor me’ sympathy response…but genuinely I feel like I’m over sensitive to noise these days, especially when trying to sleep. Not sure if others who have come through PTSD feel the same??? But it really unhinges me and very quickly. I can’t seem to find a ‘safe’ space on this ship..a moment of calm for my brain. 😔😩

I’m going to step away for a while. Charlie meant more to me than I can put into words. I’ve been contributing to TPUSA for years, and he has been in my headphones for hundreds of hours. Yesterday my grief finally turned into anger, and I don’t like how it makes me feel. I lashed out at someone who didn’t deserve it. I don’t feel like myself, and I don’t know how to process this. Intellectually, I know he’s gone. But my heart hasn’t accepted it. Please come back, Charlie. Roll away the stone. I can’t handle this on my own. I am trying, so hard. I’m going to seek grief counseling. I’ll be back when things are better. Please pray for me in the meantime. I’m sorry, but I just don’t feel like posting right now. Love you guys.
